Wanted to find a place to catch up with my bud, away from the usual suspects. This place caught my eye on Google Maps. As you walk into this place, you can tell its opened recently. The owners are getting settled in. The place is trying to find its MOJO. The guys are fully into it. They are very engaging and their enviable selection of beer is great. The appies are awesome. We got well dressed tater tots, teriyaki (no wait they ere called 'hotiyaki' ) were great. Ended getting salt and pepper wings too. The portions were great and not the anorexic chicken legs. They were juicy, flavorful yet yummy. The flights of beers were catered to our palatte. Mine was IPA, Heffeweisen and couple other pleasant surprises. My buddies was Lager and ales. The place is straight up fun. Not wow but a great place to hang out with buddies. The only thing I was not a big fan was the paid parking. The theater demand across the street makes this parking a paid parking. But all said and done, looking forward to visiting soon..

Friends and I were pretty disappointed with the food this evening during our visit. The main complaint was with the nachos we ordered for the table, they came out cold and looking like they had been prepared hours beforehand. The cheese was hard and not melted in a lot of spots. Service was non existent, but maybe that’s the vibe of the spot? No one came to check if our food was okay, but it was pretty self serve so maybe that’s the point? Was our first time there, so wasn’t sure, but Unfortunately will not be returning to the restaurant.

Great beer spot that has live music! Beer options are endless! They also serve hard liquor. We went on a Wednesday and had a 4 person band play around 8. For food we had the nachos and wings. The nachos were great. Highly recommend. They had beans, corn, a white cheese and feta cheese! It was so good! The wings were tasty but I would have preferred them to be crispier. This the reason for 4 stars for food. They have some chairs with backs which is good for the older folks. Recommend!

Absolutely horrific experience this past Sunday February 4, 2024! Was looking forward to hearing the Duelling Pianos. My friends went and sat there from 3:30 pm (despite show not commencing until 5 pm) as when they phoned, were told to be there for 3:30 pm to insure seating. My friends (both in mid 70’s) were gracious enough to do this to guarantee we have seats. I had to teach and could only get there for 4:45. Having made the trek from Richmond… upon arriving I was told I was not allowed to enter!! Very rudely I may add!! I explained the situation to absolutely no avail. Was told hold one seat was not permitted!! At NO time were we told this when having previously called and tried to make reservations. The guy (said he was Manager) followed me in while I went to let my friends know what was going on! Would not let me stay despite others in the area voicing it was not fair etc! All 3 of us ended up leaving…. Would not recommend this establishment to anyone!! Definitely will never go again!!! The list out on our business and very generous habit of tipping. If there is such a policy of not allowing one single seat being held… it should be posted on the website and also should have been shared when my friends phoned trying to make reservations. Absolutely unacceptable customer service and the guy (manager??) should be given lessons on how to treat customers. Completely ridiculous treatment of patrons. Stay away from...

a great assortment of craft beers, a simple, but effective menu. Good pub eats to go along with a beer. The salute to a traditional Bavarian beer house is done tastefully and efficiently. The live music here is excellent . Between Mike Kelly’s acoustic jam on Wednesday, and the live music on the weekends makes a great music venue. For a All blues enthusiasts, the best blues jam in the lower mainland and possibly the country is hosted on Thursday night by Glen Pearson. This is a top-notch pro jam. Anybody who appreciates the blues would do well to come here. I challenge any bar in North America to do better. I highly recommend this place. If you’re a blues aficionado, I would strongly stress coming down on Thursday. If you are a pro blues musician, You should definitely come here on Thursday nights and showcase your talents. And a big thank you to the awesome bar staff and management team providing an...
