We were travelling from Ontario and the food at Desycan was some of the best we’ve had, arguably better than what we get here at home. I had the dosa which was hands down the best dosa I’ve had — the aloo masala was more a thick paste rather than the gooey stuffing we usually get. The sambar and red chutney were awesome.
The fish pakora was also very lightly buttered and almost air fried / pan fried rather than being deep fried. The green chutney was a hit.
My husband got the non-veg thali and enjoyed every last bite. Also, make sure you get the kadak chai!
