Mimi's saved my mom's Surprise 75th Birthday Party in April when the other Vietnamese restaurant canceled on us with less than 4 days notice. Rachel was a delight to deal with, they were very accommodating, and the space is very pretty and welcoming. They let us bring our own cake, and even supplied all the cutlery, plates and takeaway containers free of charge. The food was DELICIOUS, fresh and hot. Good quality food however I leave hungry when I go there, because the portions are small. Way over priced for what you get. When I order take out they make the portions even smaller and always “forget” To give you bean sprouts on the side and still charge you full price. It’s about 25 dollars for a chicken or beef soup to go … not really worth it…. They need to reduce price or increase portions size for me to continue going there. Pho was good taste good but there's a minty flavor that I wasn't able to taste. Bun bo hae was 10/10 and if you have high tolerance in spicy food, better try their hottest option. Spring rolls are good, but with more vegetables would be better; peanut sauce was exquisite. The fried wanton and green onion pancake compensate the savory taste of Pho. Lastly, the ambiance is good and the dishes are fresh. A must try restaurant. Will come back for more...
