KFC — Restaurant in Whitehorse

Service has taken a dive here the last couple months or so! We have been coming here for a long time and we noticed the change. From food served cold, or serving the wrong food, or serving sandwiches that are missing some ingredients. I feel the manager here should take a look at what's been happening lately. Drive thru is a dangerous game as by the time you realize your disappointment you're too far away. On the positive side, the place is clean and we've always enjoyed our time here, which is why I'm hoping it goes back to the way it was. I will edit this once our experience there...

Went there recently with a friend. We were sharing a three piece meal with gravy. Staff was very nice let me say that. So we go home and open up and there sat a small amount of cold fries scattered in a huge box with three of the smallest pieces of chicken i've ever seen. We didnt take back cause we live a bit away. There was a mini leg, mini wing and a mini thigh. We laughed so hard. Plus we were charged more for all brown meat which was suppose to be thighs.lol KFC GET IT TOGETHER. I can only imagine how staff feels...

They are a disgrace to KFC brand!The burgers are terrible, nothing special about the chicken, it looks like it's just fried in a frying pan. We've been to many places and the food was special and stood out with its crispy flakes.The menu is small, the prices are too high!This was the first and last time.I will definitely tell my friends this so that they avoid this place. Disappointed and upset. Not tasty and expensive!Is not KFC ,an ordinary cafe..Hopefully over time they will get back on track...
