Food is great but customer service is really bad. Funny story, I ordered online for pick up for 1:20pm and set up the wrong address. Surely my mistake, I still bought another sandwich at the closer location from my work, I told them what happened but I still have to pay my food. Understandable. After I got my food, I made sure to call the other location no answer after 3 calls. I didnt even receive a call that my food is still sitting there after 5 hours. After my work, around 6pm, I went to the right location to see if possible to get a refund. The girl said no as the sandwich was built already. I said okay and left. I’ve been a manager to a fast food chain, and if I know my customers online order been sitting for more than 5 hours, I would offer a new sandwich if refund can’t be done.
