I'm very disappointed in the service I received from the Williams Lake, BC store yesterday.
Initially, I ordered the pizza online at approx 655pm, then needed it to be delivered so I called the store at 6:58 p.m. I spoke to Brent who informed me for an additional charge that they would be able to deliver the pizza and to expect it in 40 to 45 minutes. Great.
It was past the promised time so I checked the online tracker, it showed the pizza had left the store with driver Devyn at 734pm, and that the pizza had been delivered. It had not.
It was already 8:11pm, so called again and spoke to Brent who told me some excuse about taking an order for 23 minutes and assured me the pizza was enroute. Fine.
At 8:21pm the order arrived, 47 minutes after leaving the store. I live approx 10 mins from the store.
Then the debit machine did not work, not a card problem as we tried 2 different ones both with sufficient money to cover a few pizzas. We have lived here for 11 years and never had issue with getting these machines to work here before.
However, the driver left the now COLD pizza and I immediately called the store and spoke to Brent for a 3rd time. Stating I would be in tomorrow to pay for the pizza.
That was not good enough, he demanded a credit card number, I refused and repeated I will be in Tomorrow to pay. He insisted that it be paid tonight.
I told him I will under no circumstances be driving to town right now to pay for pizzas that I just paid over $9.00 extra to have delivered. Admittedly, I was not pleasant at this point.
The next day I made a special trip to go in to square up, Brent was not in and I spoke to the assistant manager Nathaniel. He made at least 10 different excuses which I won't list now. I explained the entire scenario and he didn't offer apology. He instead insisted on FILL payment.
I did pay, but now wish I had not. I did find out that the Manager is Austin, so I will be following up with him very soon (he was not in today and Nathaniel advised me when I asked when he would be in, he said, Its against the law for me to tell you) Ummm OK. ?
So I said I will just call every day until I reach him. I fully I tend to do just that.
Long story short this is THE WORST customer service I have ever experienced and...
Read moreIt took them over an hour from the time the tracker claimed it was out for delivery to deliver my cold, burnt food… when I called to see if maybe they didn’t have a delivery driver again(happens a lot but whatever they can’t really help it if people call in) because it had been 45 minutes since the tracker said the food was ready, they said it was already on the way and they’d be there any minute..
I waited another 30 mins and called again and the person in the store transferred me to the driver who said he had no idea who told me it was on the way 30 minutes prior and he started talking over me and then the call ended.
When I called the store to ask what the heck was even happening, they told me to call back in 10 minutes, then hung up on me.. I called back and had to call multiple times before they even answered the phone, then it was “k I refunded you bye” and they hung up on me again.
Then the driver delivered my food without a single word said, he just handed it to me and then turned and walked away? And again, the food was cold and buuurrnt.
I’m so baffled and confused by this whole experience 🥴

Read moreWe went to Domino's in Williams Lake for the first time last week. We're just visiting here. Aman served us and made us a delicious pepperoni and bacon pizza. He was so kind and helpful we decided to come back the next day and got the Italian sausage pasta that he recommended. We're back in town again this week and our only restaurant choice was Domino's because of Aman. We ordered another pizza, Aman remembered us and asked how we liked the pasta from last week, it was amazing and he was amazing to remember our previous order and make us feel so important. We came to town to visit my sister in the hospital. Aman remembered that too and asked about how she was doing. Domino's is lucky to have such a great employee. We made a point of returning to Domino's a second time this week this time to try the chicken Alfredo pasta (delicious) and honey garlic chicken wings, they were delicious also.
