KFC — Restaurant in Williams Lake

Not the worst KFC but definitely not the best. Food is mediocre with bone-in pieces not tasting great but the popcorn chicken and fries are okay.

Workforce seems so severely understaffed that the restaurant can't even be opened on a consistent basis. And when it is, you potentially have to deal with ridiculous wait times just to be attended to let alone served. Waited about 20 minutes before getting my food and that was with maybe only 4 other people in the queue none with large orders.

Place itself looks dilapidated, dirty and smells of old oil, not somewhere I would personally dine in but the entire atmosphere makes the cleanliness and quality of the food you're getting very questionable.

the worst kfc I have ever been to. the gravy was full of lumps like disgusting chunks of old chicken that looked weeks old! Like I couldn't even stir the chunks out. so tried one of our old soggy fries that weren't even fully cooked into the gravy and IT TASTES LIKE WATER!!! Absolutely no flavor at all, whatever, we tossed the gravy and decided to focus on the salad and chicken. the salad was pieces of uncooked potatoe in watery mayo, the chicken was so dry and either over cooked, or re-cooked until there was literally crunchy pieces of chicken in the middle of the breast. I went to kfc in williams lake on christmas eve around 5:00 pm.the lady before me ordered and used the debit machine,the man behind the counter then took my order and never sanitized the machine.if that was not bad enough he answered the phone then never washed his hands or did not sanitized and started to cook french fries.i thought i saw it all next he was touching his mask and started putting fries into a box.about 4 more customers came in and used the debit machine and not once did he sanitize it.a lady came in wearing no mask and the employee never said anything to her.so this is not a safe place to eat.neeedless to say when i left i threw my food in...
