Won't ever visit again. I ordered on mobile and I've been waiting for my order in the store for 10 mins but they didn't give my food. I asked them when my order is going to be ready, however, they said they didn't get the order. I showed them my order number and after a few mins they printed the reciept to check if it's mine which means they got my order but somehow ignored.
I ordered 4 items, and they gave me one item and didn't give others unless I asked. I asked over and over. I had no idea what they were doing. Two ladies just showed up on and off for some reason. They were going in and out of their staff room.
The poorer thing was the quailty of food. The chicken craveable was served with tiny bread (it was cut half from the other bun. I have no idea where the hell that bun came from) with small tiny burnt chicken which was supposed to go into the habanero loaded bowl I ordered. There were two tiny pieces of chicken in the bowl. Of course, they were burnt as well, and it was not chewable at all. I just dumped it as soon as I opened the cover, it wasn't edible. Additionally, the cover was so dirty so no one would think it is a new one lol. Do they reuse it from a garbage can? I thought it was coming from a bathroom. Doggy food would have better quaily than this store serving food.
The service they provided was horrible. They didn't know what they were doing. They didn't come up with any solutions to fix the problem. They literally asked us what to do. I wasted my time and money. Whoever wants waste their time and money on trashy foods, this is the right...
Read moreNormally I go through the drive thru to get a couple of coffees for my wife and I and sometimes we get donuts for the kids, and many times we are greeted by someone who has no clue about customer service, BUT today, I was greeted by a very nice and considerate woman around 11am. She smiled warmly, spoke kindly and wished us a nice day. I neglected to catch her name, but she was working the drive-thru window, was middle aged and wore glasses. She was of an Asian descent I think. Anyway, normally I would give this location around 3 out of 5, but today they earned a 5 out of 5 because of this drive-thru hero!
UPDATE*It seems the help at this Tim Horton's has not been educated on the proper way to treat their customers (y'know the ones who pay their incomes?). There's little in the way of smiles, patience or getting orders right anymore, and if you are taking your time with paying or something, the sweet out of towners roll their eyes at each other and hope you hurry up. Very sad that we live in a day and age where the customer has been reduced to nothing more than a quick TAP and get going...next! I'll be going...
Read moreI experienced the most unprofessional attitude at this location today. First, we waited approximately 20 minutes for service - even though we were the only customer in line. There were plenty of staff members, but everyone avoided eye contact and most were just gossiping. Girl Name- Girl with red hair and Alisha was very rude and unprofessional. Made my order completely wrong and when I requested her to fix it and she completely refused it and being so rude with me saying it was my fault. We walked out of the store and went to a different location as Tim's has been our almost daily routine . I have now read other reviews online about this location and they are somewhat consistent with my experience. If this is what to expect from this chain going forward, I have no desire to.
