Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Williams Lake

I’ve ordered from here twice now and there won’t be a third. If I could give it less than a star I would. The first time my boneless garlic chicken bites had little sauces , just enough to pass but not nearly enough to enjoy the flavour on the chicken since there wasn’t enough to coat them. The second time I got the same chicken bites but they had no sauce didn’t even taste remotely of anything other than plain chicken. I ordered a medium pepperoni pizza and received a thin crust ,burnt and hard pepperoni pizza. I never chose a thin crust option.when I called to inform them of this they told me I would have to come back to the store for them to determine wether or not it is burnt enough to get a new pizza and even then I would have had to wait even longer when it’s already 9 pm. I told them I couldn’t come back that evening and that I would like a promo code for a future pizza or something for both main dishes being horrible and they hung up on me. So I don’t recommend this establishment, I wish I had the name of the employee but it was foreign and something I didn’t catch at the start and couldn’t ask at the end. Pizza Hut, why is your pizza horrible? Your service itself is questionable. After waiting over an hour for a delivery, I was hoping to be a very tasty experience but from the time opened my box until my first bite of disappointment, it all went downhill in a very fast and tragic manner. We’ll start with the “cheese lovers” pizza. Advertised with extra cheese but there wasn’t. We also ordered extra pizza sauce to supplement the usual dryness of pizza. Seems that since we asked for extra, it came with less.

I thought I was in for the bite of my life but the way it disconnected my soul was horrendous. I know you could care less about reviews; but this verbal assault must continue.

I should bring the boxes back and just throw it all away in your trash. The sprite was good. The lack of response, poor customer service, and lack of quality represent your business, I expect the downgrade in stars to...

The pizza was alright it is what you would expect from Pizza Hut there was nothing exceptional or bad about the pizza and it came out in good time, once again that is the average expectation for a large pizza franchise like Pizza Hut. If you are buying a pizza here you already know what to expect fast, inexpensive but decent pizza that satisfies quickly. However, the only reason this is a two star review is because the employee at the front counter was very short, impolite, and their entire tone emanated anger. This is before any tip options were offered so maybe they were just having a bad day. If you are at the front counter at the very least you should try avoid appearing actively angry and maintain courtesy greetings like: "Hello, thank you, and have a good evening".
