Came here because of the good reviews and was highly disappointed They let me try all three of their beef options which was nice but the steak and Barbacoa were very bad I love the barbacoa from mucho burrito which is amazing so I was expecting it to be even better from here and that’s not the case I went with the ground beef which was the best out of the three but not good it lacked flavour and seasoning They also over charged me I paid $15.24 for a regular beef burrito with guac which should have been $14.15 When I first mentioned it the guy said that that price was for the veggies and beans burrito so I thought I misread but then I looked at it again and I was right so I came back in and asked and he said that it was 13.49 plus taxes but we only have Gst in Alberta and the screen said Hst He said there was nothing he can do because it’s the price it shows on the system I assume they are using the same system for all resteraunts and saw the operate in different provinces so they never changed the software or factored in that Alberta only has GST I asked for a water bottle for the difference and he gave it making it seem like he did me a favour and said next time he can’t There won’t be a next time I will never eat here again Maybe their chicken must be amazing for this many good reviews or people have never tried authentic Mexican burritos/tacos The lady and man were very...

NEW REVIEW: 30 mins to close and said we couldn’t dine in AFTER our order was made. We come in regularly at this location and never disappointed with anything but tonight we were hungry and because we ordered enchiladas which is usually messy to eat in car so we wanted to dine in. Wasn’t busy at all just the four of us and the employee was scrolling her phone while sitting on top of prep table when we walked in so it definitely wasn’t busy before we walked in. I have attached the receipt for proof. Also since Enchiladas are our go to every time, she definitely didn’t leave them to cook for the right time. We were waiting right there and have also noticed how long it takes for them to cook. We have met other employees at almost 10mins to close and they have been very accommodating, and we have tipped them gracefully for the same.

I don't often leave reviews, especially bad ones, but I was so insulted by what we received for our order that I felt it necessary to say something. We tried this place for the first time last night and were completely disappointed. The nachos were the worst we've ever had. I ordered extra meat and there was maybe two small pieces of meat in there. For about $20 the "nachos" consisted of a few chips topped with large chunks of onion and piles of cilantro with a couple pieces of lettuce thrown in. I also ordered a side of chips and quac, which apparently they had run out of, so we did not receive them. I got the churro with chocolate sauce for dessert, which was dried and stale. They barely filled the tiny container up a quarter of the way so there was hardly any sauce. For what was supposed to be a nice birthday treat, it was a complete waste of money. Given there are so many 5 star reviews, maybe this is an isolated incident, but I would question whether these reviews are from actual customers who are not associated with the owners or franchise.
