Enjoyed our consistently tasting McDonald's meals. THE SETTING HOWEVER WAS LACKLUSTER ! McDonald's has truly upped their optimal service levels with the app, delivery services, drive-through to pump their clients the productand collect desired maximal profits What they've neglected however, are the IN-PERSON CUSTOMERS; the other humans, crew members are forced to interact with.
This is a thought by thought(play by play description) during my last Windermere McDonald's visity: Dine-in option Selected.
The dining room was FILTHY, with trash on the floor, chairs in the middle of the aisle, tables with ketchup streaks and crumbs on them. The drink station soaked with a gross mixture of melted ice, God knows what and a variety of softdrink flavours. Next to the drinks is a spout for condiments hardened with ketchup at the end opening and a puddle below with overflowed ketchup on the counter. The cashier station is unwelcoming with a blank tiled wall behind the crew member. Just as unwelcoming as the automated kiosks as the first thing one sees as they enter to further disconnect the crew from the actual on-site humans in their restaurant. Is this type of stuff messing with our social well being and interaction with each other?!?
I close with the WASHROOMS. After you're all settled at your self wiped table, you want to wash your hands for almost 4 mins before you eat. The problem is the condition of the washroom which your are expected to clean up a bit but feel nasty touching anything in there. The foam soap always smell like cheap gas station restroom soap. The sinks is always nasty. As you wash your hands under cold water and cheap soap, you wonder if they ever clean the toilets well enough cause it always smells like sh*t...i mean, poop and peepee. Then, there's never any paper towel to dry your hands; but rather two bacteria blowers for you to use. 'Almost done; Let's go eat!' 'Oh wait, I have to touch that handle to get out if here?'
That was my lasted sets of thoughts during my last...
Read moreI am editing my already less than stellar review to include today's extremely disappointing experience. Right before my eyes I witnessed the line cook down on his hands and knees get up after his bare hands touched the floor to continue preparing my family's breakfast WITHOUT WASHING HIS HANDS. I cancelled my order immediately, and one of the staff was kind enough to give me a refund. I seriously question this particular McDonald's commitment to food safety. I will not order order food from that location ever again. Good luck to you if you choose to.
This place has a drive thru system that satisfies their corporate reporting but does not satisfy good customer service. This is not on the employees. The employees are pretty cool. This is the owner's system. What happens is you pay and then you perhaps catch your drink and they send you around the corner to wait so that they can cram more people through their system. What ends up happening is they forget about you and it takes about 10 minutes to get your burger. This is the worst McDonald's drive-thru I have been through. Again, this is not on the employees. They are cool. This is the owner and their ridiculous corporate reporting system that does not benefit good customer service at all.
In terms of dining inside, it's usually difficult to find a clean table right away. Many times I've brought my kids to have a nice little sit-down lunch and I have to find someone to come and wash the table. The drink station is usually a disaster. The management of the inside is substandard and Ray Kroc would be rolling in his grave if he saw how they kept this...
Read moreSo I ordered nugget for my son, and I didn’t get his order. I called the restaurant and I spoke to someone on the phone, she was politely rude, as in really rude and acted like my complain was frustrating or whatever. I decided that I wanted to report her to the manager and another customer service agent said she was one of the managers for that branch. So just because you’re one of the managers simply means you gonna be rude to your customers. I didn’t want to write this review, I only wanted to report her service until I heard she was one of the managers. So does that give her the right to be rude to customers. I don’t know her name but she’s got a Philipino accent and she said she’s new to that branch. But shame on McDonald’s for employing a rude person in their management team. If the management team is rude, then what are they gonna teach the customer service team. FYI, this is not the first time they missed my order, I always order McDonald’s for delivery, they take my money and they don’t give me what I ordered, instead they give me what they want me to eat and sometimes they get frustrated when I complain. The reason why I decided to report this particular incident and comment online is because (1) A manager was rude and (2) they missed my little sons whole order and he’s crying for his happy meal. Other days they miss the carrots or fries or drinks or apple slices or donuts, sometimes I complain sometimes I let it go. But the mistake they made today is just unacceptable and their managers customer service is unacceptable as well. I will advise everyone to avoid ordering delivery from...
