KATE SPADE OUTLET MALL WINNIPEG REVIEW.! On Dec 26, around 6:00 pm, my sister and I went to Kate Spade - Outlet Mall Winnipeg, to return a handbag which was originally a Christmas gift that I bought for her, however she just purchased almost the same style for herself thatâs why I had to return it. As a customer, I know I have all the rights to return any product I bought and whatever my reasons are should be unquestioned unless I already used the product. Knowing itâs boxing day, I lined up for almost an hour. The salesperson I talked to seemed tired already, I sincerely understood, but what I resented was the way she questioned why I am returning the handbag, I told her the same thing, that my sister would like another style but from another brand because she just bought from them, she gave me that disrespectful look, tried to persuade me to look at the store one more time and for my sister to check again, I said that canât be because she already have something in mind. The salesperson even triple checked the handbag, which is really too much, I felt she is implying that I might have used it. Lastly, when she was wrapping up the transaction, âOh well, you are returning it because Christmas is over.â Whatever that means, I felt disrespected, discriminated and embarrassed. I did not get any chance to argue with her because the line up was crazy, I donât want to make any scene, but I know I have other ways on sending her my message. So to you, I hope that you didnât mean what youâve done and said, because it was AWFUL, next time be CAREFUL when you TALK and learn how to treat people/customers at your very best. I know I am Filipino, my color is brown, but I have a decent job and respect for people, I believe customers deserve high regard because the money we use to buy your products are all hard...
Read moreHorrendous food court experience, unlike other malls that verify same household, contact tracing & have time limits and such to ensure safety and adherence to public health orders, we were greatly dismayed at the lack of seating, patrons having to dive for a table without it being cleaned prior due to few cleaning staff on site, and no contact tracing, or request to see IDs to verify same household. We were harassed by security when we decided to eat at a spot away from others due to the lack of seating, and told by security it is not their job to hurry others along even though we pointed out many were not eating, ie one senior lady had her laptop open not eating, and are allowed to stay as long as they like. When we asked for their manager's business card, the security officer gave attitude and offered for us to go into his office. We did not feel safe.
Finally he presented us with management business cards but we will never visit this mall again. Neither of these three security guards cared about such, and we find it baffling that while they are lax about who patrons their food court, timeframe and such, but they were most vigilant, rude & confrontational without solutions when it came to non-designated areas.
This busy outlet mall could learn from Cadillac Fairview management about how to run a food court properly in order to set visitors up for success and not desperation in trying to get a bite to eat after we and many struggle to find seating in too relaxed an environment for one area but complete...
Read moreThis is hands down the best mall to be in Winnipeg. When youâre talking about a classy, beautiful, and vibrant shopping experience, give it to Outlet Collection. Almost all the big-name luxury brands are here, from Calvin Klein to Michael Kors, Tommy Hilfiger, and plenty more. That doesnât mean you wonât find stores with more affordable options too, places like Winners, Labels, and others are right there. In my opinion, itâs a mall where you can find just about everything you need when it comes to shopping.
Now letâs talk about the food hall. I havenât tried every stand yet, but I did try the Korean and Thai stalls, and I was super impressed. I ordered kimchi rice from the Korean spot, and honestly, I could eat it any day, anytime đđ. Highly recommend it. The food hall itself is huge and really beautiful, with so many options that youâre bound to find something youâll enjoy. And yes, they even have the popular Baskin Robbins. I treated myself to my favorite popcorn and ice cream there.
But the icing on the cake for me has to be the nursing room. As a nursing mom with an 8-month-old, it brought me so much joy to have a cozy, serene space where I could comfortably nurse my baby with privacy. That little touch felt so thoughtful and made my visit even better.
Honestly, I could go on and on about how much I love this mall, but itâs better you experience...
