We haven't had A Little Pizza Heaven in probably 5 years...wanted to try it again, I've never been overly impressed with it. Well the pizza we had from there 5 years ago was better then the pizza we got Saturday night. Tasteless, no real sauce on them, the only flavor there was, was from the Jalapenos on the Mexican one.....just all around blah and the dough seemed raw, no crispy bottom, just soggy, which I don't understand cause it was so thin, felt like it could of cooked for a few more minutes longer, it upset my stomach. Hardly any garlic on the crust either, I'm not trying to be mean but our pizza wasn't satisfying.

Haven't had A Little Pizza Heaven before. Or a calzone before. But this experience has me wanting to definitely do it again. The calzone has 5 toppings, I picked salami, beef, side bacon, cheddar and extra mozza. I didn't know they put garlic butter on the dough. It gave it an amazing crunchy texture and made even just the crust flavorful and enjoyable. The toppings were loaded generously, with good proportions and the sauce went really well. All-in-all I paid $17.50 with tax and tip and was extremely pleased with both the friendly service and the great food. Keep up the awesome work 🤌

Our first time ordering and definitely not our last! I've of the best pizza places in the city! The crust is light and fluffy, melts in your mouth! Pizza is not greasy and absolutely detectable! I didn't think of taking a picture until we were halfway through our pizza, the cheesey bread was all gone by that time! Delicious!

UPDATE....It's been 9 months and no reply from the owner. I see other reviews have been replied to. Leads me to believe customer service is not a high priority ???

Been ordering here for over a year now. I order from the St.Annes location and it's always amazing pizza. However I woulda gave 5 ☆ if the customer service this past Friday Nov. 23rd would have been better. I ordered 2 large pizzas 1 Chz burger and 1 Bbq chicken. The girl on the phone at around 5:30ish was nothing but rude and brushed me off. She told me that the pizza would be here in about 45mins or less. After 1hr and 25mins I called back and asked how much longer it would be. The girl snapped back well it's almost on it's way. I said it's been way past the hour she said. I get that they probably get busy, however would it not be possible to call back and let the customer know that there is going to be even a longer delay than quoted ??? When I expressed my annoyance (politely) the girl kept on saying "well it's on its way". I said can the delivery charge be waived or somthing as it's been so long. I was met with a sigh and a repetitive (it's on its way). This alone makes me now wanting to look for a new pizza place. A simple "I appologize for the delay and your pizza will be there shortly" would have been nice, but nope just sighs and repeating her statement over and over again. I ended up just moving on and waiting for the pizza. Again the pizza is one of the best in the city. I dont hold the manager or owner responsible for her actions nor do I believe they would approve of her tone and attitude but they do need to know that this female is potentially driving customers away. I myself am not sure if I will be ordering from Little Pizza Heaven again thanks to the poor customer service I recieved after order $60...

Let me preface by saying, the pizza here is soooo good!

A few nights ago my husband and I ordered 2 medium specialty pizzas and bread sticks. Although this pizza shop is a bit more expensive than others like dominos, it is definitely worth the price. At that time they had a BOGO 50% deal so we went for it. My husband picked up our order. He came home and we enjoyed our breadsticks, but when I went to eat my pizza I noticed it was made incorrectly. Normally, I wouldn't really care too much, mistakes happen and it's not like I have allergies, but they put red onions on and I hate red onions! So, I sent in an email explaining what happened. The next day the general manager called us back, but we were busy and it went to voicemail. He informed us to call back when we could and ask for him directly. If he had gone home, he had instructed his staff to call him at home so he knew we were available to talk and he would call back right away. Larry was extremely professional, apologetic and wanting to do everything he could to right their wrong. He went way above what I expected as a response and has made both my husband and I want to go back again, if not just for the delicious pizza, but also the great service.

If you are looking to try a new pizza place, I would highly recommend trying Little Pizza Heaven. Their crust is, quite literally, a little...

The pizza was very good. The flavour, drizzled with garlic and olive oil is very tasty. The crust is not too thick. My problem is their blatant advertising lie. They claim delivery is free, yet the price on pizza that is delivered is inflated by several dollars compared to in-store purchase. I ended up paying an extra $5 or $6 for the pizza to be delivered instead of picked up because it was my son's birthday party and I couldn't leave the house to go pick it up. I feel bad for the driver that I didn't tip. I normally always tip, but when I pay an extra $5 or $6 for ''an imaginary , non-existent delivery fee," I couldn't, in good conscious leave anything. I just hope he got the "no delivery fee." Too bad about the advertising deception, otherwise I would...
