A Little Pizza Heaven — Restaurant in Winnipeg

My girlfriend is partial to this pizza which is why I initially started ordering it. I’m into good pizza like from Mona Lisa’s , Carbones or if I feel like sluming it Ghondola but as of late been subjected to this shining example of mediocrity. I don’t do grocery shopping and literally eat / order out every meal and the only people that can’t seem to get it right consistently is this establishment. I order the exact same thing every time, pineapple feta and the last 3 pizzas have all been missing one thing or another. The first two times I took it on the chin and gave them the benefit of the doubt, mistakes happen. However 3rd time I’ve reached my I had it point, I called to make them aware of the issue and was greeted with excuses, interrupted multiple times and even after i pointed out that it’s incredibly rude and upsetting me Sim the manager continued to interrupt me multiple times. The absolute worst customer service I’ve encountered in a long time. The constant interruptions only added insult to injury. In summation do not waste your money with them. If you want good pizza at a comparable price go with gondola , or if you want propper pizza go Mona Lisa’s or carbones. Also on a side note to little pizza heaven have a chat with Sim as her customer service / communication skills need work to say the least. Will never call...

I have heard wonderful things about this place so I decided to try it. I ordered 1 pizza for myself (delivery). It took over an hour to recieve it. When I did, it was the wrong order (not mine). I phoned the restaurant and no apologies were given, but they did send out my order and said it would be approx another 20-30 mins. 45 minutes later my pizza was delivered. It took almost 2 hours to get it right, and even then it was missing a side item (which I did not bother to call back about again). Also worth noting, after the first error I called back and spoke to 2 different people confirming the correct order. Side order was still missing. No apology given either time. I was put on hold both calls for a decent amount of time.

Pizza is pretty good. Wait time ridiculous and errors frustrating. Especially when no apology was given. Customer service not great. Perhaps I would dine in (maybe), but definitely not order for delivery again no matter what.

Alright this might be the weirdest review I've ever written but hear me out. Unless I've lost my mind, I'm pretty sure you used to be able to get 2 slices of pizza and 1 drink for $5. Which frankly is an absolute steal, and why I loved LPH. So today, as I was about to drive some friends home, I went into LPH and saw two slices of pizza and one drink for $10 aka double the price!! Honestly, made me question if I was losing my mind on the prices. So I thought to myself okay whatever, and ordered such. The server gave me 3 slices and said something along the lines of "on the house" or "I got you bro". Ironically, I've never been happier to pay double price for something in my life. They seem to regularly serve 3 slices for the new $10 price (incl drink). I feel both scammed and appreciated at the same time, which forces me to bring the rating down to 4 stars instead of 5. But I'll be clear, I'm still a huge fan of this business.
