Angelo's Chip Shop — Restaurant in Winnipeg

I was in today just before noon and beat the lunch rush for a takeout order, this was my first visit but wont be my last. I ordered the double hot dog with a order of fries (came to $10.25 total, and cash only accepted), and it was Delicious! the fries are sooo good, freshly made to order and seasoned with salt and vinegar. My double hot dog was perfect, they serve a European style wiener in the hot dog and its finished on the griddle to give it a nice crisp skin, the bun is toasted and I had it with onions mustard and relish and honestly it was GREAT!!! The place was staffed by a very nice couple who were working in tandem, the cooking area and seating area are small but spotlessly clean. Fast, great food. The chips and gravy can't be beat. Fatboy burgers are filling and really tasty. Hot dogs are nice, but you might consider a double dog if you like more meat than bun.
