I placed an order through the BarBurrito app to this location for ~15 minute pickup. When I arrived the order had not been started - because the staff somehow had no idea that the order had been placed, despite the receipt existing both on my phone and on the point of sale machine.
I was told the order would take 15 minutes to prep, it took ~50. I watched several orders go through, which is fine, but at least one order was made wrong (customers ordered and paid for medium burritos and received small ones). Staff then haggled the customers wanting the order to be done correctly, being told "it would cost us money if we redid it", despite the fact that the customers had paid for more than they had gotten.
I did not receive any apologies either for my order being missed or for being longer than I was promised. When I arrived at home, I found that roughly half of the items that I ordered were incorrect (despite staff checking the order repeatedly). I know this for a fact because I can review my past order on the mobile app. The food was also cold despite it having just been prepared.
I am thoroughly disappointed with the service I received and would not recommend this location to anyone, or ordering from here again until these glaring customer service issues are fixed. Very disappointing!! I ordered two items through SkipTheDishes, one was was gluten friendly quesadilla and a regular burrito. Firstly, I got a burrito instead of quesadilla even though I specifically mentioned in the notes that if gluten friendly quesadilla is not available please call me or add a gluten friendly bowl. Secondly, they didn't mention which one is gluten friendly burrito and which one is not, and that is a very big deal for a person with gluten allergy. Read moreI had come in to purchase a bowl and when I asked for a bit of extra sauce on my bowl the young lady behind the counter said it would cost extra; chuckled to me and kept saying “I won’t for you though but my manager is getting on us to charge for extra” I’m a regular at a different location and I have NEVER gotten charged for extra sauce extra anything, on my bowl, it’s called customer satisfaction. Not sure why it was such a big issue, understandable it could be different owners different budgets. However, that’s ridiculous the whole time I was in there I felt like the young lady behind the counter did not want to be there, what a terrible attitude !
