GOT DENIED OVER NOTHING!

Went there earlier. It was a bit busy Sunday but I waited patiently and ordered my usual drink. When it was time to pay, I used Apple Pay like I always do. It didn’t go through, so I tried again three times. Still nothing.

I politely asked if something was wrong, maybe with their system? I even asked if it could be on my end, but I doubted that because Apple Pay works fine everywhere else. That’s when they told me they were having an “interruption” or “power outage.” Which made no sense, the lights were on, everything looked fine, no signs of a power issue at all.

Then I noticed one of the staff whispering something in their dialect to the cashier. Immediately after that, the cashier just handed back my $10 and said they wouldn’t take my order. No explanation. Nothing. (They were two Asian woman)

I left feeling embarrassed and confused. If there’s an issue, fine — but don’t make your customer feel dismissed and unwelcome. Super unprofessional, and I won’t be...

Conveniently inside Polopark mall. We visited this place multiple times. And for a mall bubble tea place I think they are really good. Might have to wait a bit after ordering. But you do have the option of ordering online as well. But overall I would say it’s pretty good. Many options especially if you are lactose intolerant. They had at one point these miniature boba bubbles and they were surprisingly really good. But I haven’t had them since our first time. Must try if you’re...

Quite busy being in a mall, which makes it hard to line up and wait as it is near the front of the mall where people are trying to walk. I'm on a taro milk tea kick so I am trying it everywhere, so I got a regular one here no toppings. Was a good size but was light on the taro flavor. If you're in a rush I can't recommend because of having to deal with the traffic from the mall but not bad if you have the time and are already in polo when you get the craving...
