⭐☆☆☆☆ Extremely Disappointed – A Serious Issue for Vegetarians** I visited Chachi’s at Polo Park today and ordered a veggie sandwich. To my shock, after taking a bite, I discovered a piece of meat (bacon) inside the sandwich. As a vegetarian, this was not only unacceptable but deeply hurtful to my religious and personal beliefs. When I brought it to the staff's attention, one of the employees casually laughed and admitted it was bacon. When I asked if bacon is part of the veggie sandwich, he said no. I requested to speak to the manager, who stated it must have "fallen in from the container." I found this response highly irresponsible — how does bacon just *fall* into a sandwich? This shows a clear lack of care in food handling and cross-contamination prevention. The manager offered a replacement or refund, and I chose the refund, but the damage was already done. The experience completely ruined my mood, and after returning home, I felt physically sick and started vomiting. This is not just a minor mistake — it reflects a serious lapse in food safety, training, and respect for dietary and religious preferences. I hope the management takes this seriously and implements strict protocols to prevent such incidents in the future. No one should have to go through this.

I’ve always been a fan of chachis. It was a no brainer to come here for a fuel stop while shopping in the city. My partner and I split the club sandwich and Mac and cheese. The sandwich was incredible and did not disappoint. Great flavours and a fresh ciabatta. The spicy mayo is an excellent addition as well. Half the sandwich was extremely filling for both of us. The Mac and cheese left a bit to be desired. I don’t know if we just werent in the mood or they changed their recipe but something seemed to be missing. The busy aspect of the mall and difficult finding a spot to eat isn’t pleasant and I prefer the outlet mall chachis better as it’s typically less busy. Staff was super friendly though and I still loved eating here as always. This is located in the mall food court.

The mall is nice, and the service too. But um... the sandwiches leave something to be desired. They lack flavour and are too much bread. I got the Bahn mi, it didn't even taste like one. I don't know... was just not to expectation.

My bf and I tried this place for the first time last week and it was delicious 😋 a little pricey but worth it. I ordered the spicy Italian and everything down to the bread was delicious. They let us sample the 2 drinks they had which we were able to have mixed together. The sandwich sides were pretty good. We ordered the big pickle and a side of Mac and cheese. All very delicious, quick service and friendly staff. Will...
