Comodo Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Winnipeg

Went here after not visiting the restraunt since before covid .... the wings used to be awesome at the lunch buffet .... ordered those ... recieved double breaded bready wings with very dark brown meat inside the drums ... very dissapointed ..... i remember their veal used to b3 very good ... ordered combo plate ... veal was unedible ... chewy with vreadinf falling off .... fail number 2 ........ ordered ginger beef to share with my buddy ...... not sure if there was any beef in it ...... just tasted like deep frued breading .. with soke chewy strings of something inside ..... i wont be going back .... worst 75$ ive...

I recently moved to Edmonton from Winnipeg and one of the things I miss the most is Comodo ! They have the BEST breaded shrimp and their portions are very generous and the prices aren’t bad at all. Man I wish there was a few Comodo’s here in Edmonton. Seriously I used to work in the area and one Saturday I was waiting for the bus to go home and I smelled the food from across the street. I decided to try it and that was it, I NEVER went anywhere else for my Chinese food fix after that first...

I've been ordering here for awhile now and everytime it is fresh and delicious. Their chicken ball combo dinner is delicious, those mixed veggies are so delicious, warm, juicy and crunchy. The chicken fried rice was flavourful and fresh. Chicken balls always have a lot of well cooked chicken. I've never been disappointed. They really care about what they are serving. Egg roll was great as well.

I've also ordered their deluxe wonton soup on rainy days, as well as their shanghai noodles....
