Shagun Sweets and Restaurant — Restaurant in Winnipeg

We ordered Amritsari Kulche, Samose and few sweets today. Over the phone, their front counter girl said the order was gonna take 15-20 minutes. As I was their regular customer and I was aware of them delaying the order most of the times, I double checked if they were actually gonna make the order within the time they provided. When we reached there after 20 minutes, the order was not ready and they asked for 2 extra minutes. We kept waiting for almost 40 minutes and the order was still not ready. The girl at front counter (black shirt) kept ignoring us. Then, a girl (red shirt) came from inside, when I asked her, she said the order would be ready soon. I explained her about the order being delayed for more than double the time they promised. This girl was very rude, unprofessional and was not helpful at all. I am never coming back to this restaurant not because they delayed the order but the staff (especially front counter girls) are rude, careless and unprofessional. I hope the owner of this place can improve its...

I wish I had more lower buttons than this. Most disgusting workers who don’t even know how to speak Today I went to get samosas and staff member forgot to add chutney . We live 30 mins drive from store and when we get home we called & asked how we suppose to eat samosa without chutney and asked for solution. Girl who work there started lying that they were giving me chutney in separate bag which shagun sweets never do. Than she blamed on me that we yelled at her. When I asked for manager other girl on phone said she is her daughter . It’s a whole lier cru. Consumer can’t ask for what they paid for and girl who work there on today shift at 11-12:34 were extremely disrespectful and very unprofessional.

Once the same store I had complaint about plastic in food and store owner apologized previously & we let it go by thinking could be a honest mistake but the lack of these things is very concerning .

Now this store needs a sample check for sure too .

Please see photos, how we got charge for $40 for that noodles, that is suppose to be good for 15 people. The foil pan is not deep at all. We called for pick up and asked for noodles that it will be good for 15 people, and that what we got. We called a order of 20 samosas as well, when we got to the restaurant, our order is not even ready as they don't have our order, but we called a night before. What is more upsetting, we have food in our car waited for us now it's cold and soggy. And we waited for 20mins. When we got to my workplace made me more disappointed the noodles is not even good for 15 people, it's look like it's good for 5 people. Very disappointed. We always order here for a party, but I guess I will bring my business somewhere else. When we called, they didn't even offer to fix the problem rather she said we don't have problem like this before. Be reasonable to the inquiry of your customer. As this is embarrassing if the food is not enough...
