Niakwa Pizza•mcleod — Restaurant in Winnipeg

This was terrible from start to finish. We paid in advance using Apple Pay with a generous tip. Got notification saying pizza ready. It wasn’t but no big deal. Waited ten minutes. Then the my refused. To give me pizza even though I showed confirmation repeatedly that it was paid for. Got nowhere. They called the manager and spoke their language to him. Got nowhere. Had my wife call and finally after arguing for ten more minutes with these two clueless ladies working there, they gave me the pizza which not only was COLD. But burned. The crust was paper thin This place has changed management and I would urge everyone to NEVER ORDER HERE! Perhaps put some actual trained staff out front who can communicate better. We used to love the pizza here but will never come back.

Oh your response shows what class you lack. We NEVER ordered a pizza by phone! You are reprehensible for blaming that on me. My wife ordered online as we always do. Can show you phone records. I would LOVE to have your manager contact us. We paid forty bucks for the worst tasting pizza we’ve ever had . Burnt and the crust was like stale cardboard. We ate one piece each and straight into the bin went the resort of this “pizza”. Laughing at the five star reviews. How much did you pay them?!! You owe us an apology and a refund! I’m not stopping...

Came back into town after many years.. I had to eat at Niakwa pizza on McLeod ave, down from the Super Store. Let me tell you.. the owner and staff were amazing. So friendly and eager to please. The owner was so dedicated and proud of his location - i saw it when talking with him. I ordered a Medium Pizza. Wow.. i have eaten pizza at thousands of places all over the world. i have had some very good pizza and many not so good just to fill me up. Niakwa on McLeod was the best pizza i have had in many, many, many years. 4 days later and i am still thinking about it. The curst was thin.. cracker thin yet still soft a bit on the inside. the sauce is a brown sauce - looks like a beer sauce, was awesome. The toppings were high quality and just the rigt amount of toppings. Well balanced. I love this pizza. im positive if you try it you will too. The price is a premium price and i was a bit hesitant at first, but after eating the pizza, it was well worth it by far. i will order the large this weekend. MMMM i can still taste it. DELICIOUS!!!!! Thank you to the owner and staff for such great service and the best pizza...

Was ok. Not enough sauce for my liking to be honest. Just didnt taste right too me. First time from this location. Usually I go to Pembina.

New owners and the pizza is great. I have ordered twice since the new owners have taken over. Both times arrived hot and fresh an very generous with the toppings.

Highly recommend.

New owners again and my pizza was over cooked and burnt. I wish that i had taken a photo. The pizza was horrible. I will never order pizza from this Niakwa pizza location again. Some people should not attempt to make Pizza.

The new owners have reached out to me to try and rectify, make my last order better. I would love to give them the opportunity to do so, that in my mind is great customer service.

I will likely go to the store, show them my review and give them the opportunity for a much deserved better rating. Good on the new ownership. I do not like leaving a bad review if it is in fact...
