Subway — Restaurant in Winnipeg

I was in this 836 Mcleod Avenue today (Feb12/2021). person working behind the counter was a girl and she prepared my order . I asked for 2 footlong sandwich ,one tuna and one egg and came home with my order. I open 1st sandwich and took two bites and felt the taste was weird. i thought it was tuna but turns out it was steak which is not what i ordered to eat at all then we check our 2nd sandwich that was tuna. We didn't get our original ordered egg sandwich she gave us one steak and one tuna.

she was very rude and never said sorry

I call the store and ask her why i didn't get the egg sandwich , she just said you were front of me when i was making the sandwich so its my fault didnt even bother to say sorry. completely rude. I have been ordering from this location for the last 2 years. they completely lost my faith and my business. Very sad to see people on customer service behave like this and cant even say sorry when they have there own fault. I will never visit this location again at all, Hope subway will give some better training for this frontline staff if they care about...

Worst experience ever!! The staff is so irresponsible and couldn’t care less about customer service. I bought a sandwich and just after my first bite, i saw two hairs, which is a big no for me personally to stop eating. They were wearing hair nets and complete uniform and I don’t think it’s them being irresponsible for this, but how they treated it was very unprofessional. I went to the girls who helped me and told them about two hairs that I found in the sandwich and they were smiling instead of acting mature. I had a bad experience. I was there to buy subways. There was a customer in front of me and he ordered subway with tuna. The girl who was attending him touched tuna and with the same gloves she touched my bread while picking up something.When I asked her that you touched my bread without changing the gloves. She was kind of mad at me. Like what if somebody is allergic to tuna at my home and they need to be polite but all three girls were kind of mad at me while attending.
