Quite possibly the worst coffee I've had since I stopped trying to make it myself. 2 different people at the order point couldn't understand my question about my order.... I confirmed my order 3 times and again at the serving window...my card was accepted right away and the window closed. No coffee in return for payment...simple decaf order. A couple of minutes later, the window opens, I'm asked again to confirm my order and was handed a cup. It smelled a bit odd, but I drove off...not wanting to hold up the line any further. Tasting the coffee a few minutes later, it was obvious what the problem was...no cream or sugar as ordered, and regular coffee that tasted like it had been on the burner too long. Today near 11am, I ordered a sm French vanilla and LG Earl Grey Tea with 1.5 sugar 2cream. The screen said 1.5 sugar + 1 sugar, so I told the lady āthe screen is wrong. Only 1.5 sugar pleaseā. The person verbally confirmed it & said to ignore the screen.
I drove home to later discover - it was overly sweet, as though 2.5-3sugar was used! And also, the cream was entirely forgotten. There was nothing I could do to fix it, so I had to dump it down the sink. It is a waste of money and not work driving...
