We placed a pre order on Saturday in advance of my fathers 65th birthday celebration. We had family coming in from out of town and wanted to ensure we had our food at the proper time. My husband showed up to pick up the order and they had no record of a preorder. So it is the time we are supposed to be eating and they say they will make it really fast. No apology. Unfortunate for our celebration. I will give them credit for delicious fresh pizzas (the only reason it’s a 2 star and not 1). Customer service was terrible. No apology, no discount to try to make right. I assumed this was a mistake and called today to rectify the issue with the manager. She basically said she is the only one to take pre orders so we didn’t preorder (even though we spoke to the supervisor the night before). She went on to say that she offered exemplary customer service and provided incredible food. She kept referencing the discount on the order (which was due to getting multiple pizzas not to make up for their mistake). In short, she took no responsibility, blamed us and then was not willing to do anything until I mentioned we would go elsewhere so she through out she would put 10% discount on our file. Too little, too late. Save yourself a headache and just go to another...

Pizza was ok from this location. Its certainly my not go to but I thought I'd give it a try. west end hands down is much better.. First off I ordered a large thin half and half. Pep an mushroom an extra cheese, other half ham an bacon an extra cheese an a large cheese. The large chesse was terrible. Barely any cheese on it. Definitely will never go back. Go to pick it up said will be a few. Fine. I'm waiting, she says I made a mistake, I put pineapple on. Shall I make you a new one? I'm like no it's ok, I dont mind pineapple assuming she still put the toppings I originally ordered. Ham and bacon. Get home an theres only ham and no bacon. Charged 2x for Yuck! Paid online, charged at the door. Thought they just kept my card for deposits in case. Way over cooked pizza. “Pizza sauce” is some weird brown sauce. Does not taste anything like tomato sauce. It’s like salty gravy. Probably cultural twist given the area - but no notes that it would be like other places. Also had a long black hair baked into my pizza. Took a bite and a long hair slipped out of my mouth still stuck in the pizza in my hand gag. Called in. Can’t communicate English properly.
