Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Winnipeg

I was very excited for The stuffed crust... just disappointing 😞. Not even super disappointing. Just flavorless, bland, boring. But definitely not worth an extra $6. Pizza hut, and even little Ceasars, stuffed crust gives you the cheese pull and a wonderful hit of salt. Dominos is just flavorless goo. Not good. Not bad, just an added texture to the crust. Sad.

In response to your auto generated reply asking us as paying customers to do .ore work for you and your sub par offerings. Ioffer a resounding NO! I wont look up my order, i won't send it to your corporate email inbox, if you cared at all, you would reach out to each of our complaints personally and deal to whatever degree your business means to you. I am actually more frustrated and turned off by your company with this response and i will be not ordering from you for a good while if this is how you deal with customers now. Also, since we are here and you are woeking to make things worse, some other things to get off my chest. You charge for a sauce swap? Bbq sauce, or garlic Parmigian sauce is dollars more to use than pizza sauce? And it used to be swaping topings on a pizza was not a big deal, meat for meat, veggies for veggies. But now it seems like the only think you don't charge extra for is removing toppings that would normally come standard. Very greedy and underhanded. Not for the people, not for the customers. Very sad. And as much as i want to, i will not give you a lower review. Your store is clean but not inviting, your staff politely answer direct questions but are not friendly and engaging and your food is fine. It is not bad, but it is not great either. Last time I ordered, they did not have the 2L pop I ordered, so instead of calling me they gave me something I did not want. It was processed to me "the next time you order the same thing, we will add a free extra 2L pop of the same kind and brand you ordered." This got me to give the store another try today. I ordered the same thing, but instead of bringing me the samething (cheesey bread and 2L pop) and the processed 2L pop they told me they will give me. They bring me 2 500ml pops. I understand that business changes deals and prices, but you can not change what you processe and give your word on to customers. If they changed the deal that's fine but what about what I was processed and told they will give me? The 2L pop that I originally ordered that was not given to me? If this business is like this on processes what other processes do they not uphold and ignore? I refused to accept the order, for the main reason of unethical behavior processing things they do not have any interest in following through with them. If they gave me the 2L pop they processed me that they told me they will give me last week. I would have accepted the order and paid for it, knowing the deal and price has changed...

So i ordered a pizza from The Dominoes located at Pembina Highway and they got the order wrong. I was given a free pizza to make up for the wrong order and when i ordered it, i was told the order will arrive in 20 mins. An hour later i was told the the driver came called me but no answer( A lie though as the phone never rang) i was told another one will be delivered. I called back a second time and the person i spoke to (Paul) said the the delivery man said i have ordered way too many Free pizzas so they will not deliver. I was like this is the first time i have received one as the first order i made from them was wrong. I literally just moved here so how could the driver say he’s been here so many times with free pizza. I asked for the manager because I really can’t stand people who lie and Paul said he’s the Manager and he’s too busy with other customers so he can’t attend to me and he just ended the call.
