Update after THEY SEARCH ME UP ON SOCIAL MEDIA around a week, manager called me and apologized,but still didn’t hear any apology from the girl who’s involved. Again, I just need her to apologize for what she did, it’s that simple. Third day Update after I gave bad review: two of the white cap girl’s friends SEARCH ME UP ON THE INSTAGRAM, since My account is private they request of following me. I don’t know what they gonna to do to me, maybe try to threatened me? I emailed owner about what happened haven’t got respond back yet, but what the girl did is definitely out of the line.
The girl who was wearing a white cap was super rude. We ordered oolong tea with NO ICE specifically but instead they put “less ice” on the receipt which was unprofessional already since she hasn’t told us anything. When our milk tea is ready, we found out the milk tea was made LESS ICE instead no ice. We asked the girl who wears the white cap then she told us they ran out of oolong tea so they use some ice to fulfill the cup. This is completely unprofessional and disrespectful customer services. We can switch to something else if there’s not enough oolong. BUT you cannot change my order without asking for my permission!! Read moreI placed my order at 1:42 PM June 14th 2025. Only one of the two drinks was prepared quickly and left on the counter to slowly melt, while the other remained unmade for an extended period. After noticing that customers who arrived after me had already received their drinks and left, I asked the staff why my drink was not ready. The response was that slushies take longer to prepare than milk tea. In my previous purchasing experiences, there had never been an instance of drinks not being served in order, but I still waited again. When I noticed that customers who arrived after me had ordered the same drink but received it before me, I asked the staff again. After waiting for 15 minutes, when I finally received my drink, it had already melted, and the quality was far below what I expected from a fresh drink. When I asked the Asian-looking staff member to make a new drink, she responded with a dismissive and rude attitude. My request was denied without any explanation beyond “there’s nothing we can do.” This level of customer service is unacceptable and, frankly, highly unprofessional. First time, i order mango tea with herbal jelly and they forget mango tea- they said give me two free drink- yea it is ok.
