This used to be the best fish restaurant in the city but sadly over the years and their rise in popularity they have gone downhill to possibly the worst.
The serving size is almost half of what it used to be and it seems they just don’t care about the quality or their customers anymore.
We have ordered from there at the very least once a week since they first opened (sometimes more) and unfortunately we will never order from there again.
Our last experience for take out everything was thrown together on a paper liner. By the time we got home our car mat was destroyed by the grease (we couldn’t put it in the seat due to the grease) and the coating on the fish was all stuck to the paper not the fish.
It looked like something you would pull out of the garbage. It didn’t taste much better either.

Read moreGood for Fergies for expanding their business and opening a new locations. Unfortunately, this location doesn’t share the same taste, values, or customer service as the Forks location does. I shouldn’t be given attitude for correcting their error for a to-go box which I had stated I needed during the time of ordering. Instead they tape my newspaper container closed very messily and shoved it into a plastic bag. And then continued to get more upset when I ask again for it to be to-go (in a box) so I can have access to season my fries with their lovely assortment of condiments. The tartar sauce ended up tasting like dirty dish towel, and I know Fergies makes phenomenal tartar sauce. Perhaps it was just a bad day for their staff, but regardless don’t come to work with a bad attitude and continue to work with said attitude, save the attitude for your...
Read moreRarely do I go to the mall, so even rarer is eating in the mall food court. Someone was telling me they were going to Fergie’s so that twigged the taste buds. Dropped by the Polo location today and for $25 tax in got the two piece Halibut and fries and a Brisk lemonade. My two pieces could have been a touch bigger comparing it to the one piece my friend had today. Never the less, it was enough fish for me, such a nice breading and hot and tasty. Don’t know if they make their own tartar sauce but it certainly did not taste like the usual squeeze bottle stuff, not overpowering so good. Fries were fresh and hot and a bit if salt and malt vinegar made them pretty much perfect. I’ll be back again soon, I’ll give it 4.7 out of...
