Jugo juice USED to be my top choice. After being in the hospital for 2 days, and desperately in need of something in my stomach, I stopped in to get my usual Mango smoothie. I ordered a large, and paid extra for a small cup to share with my son. It did not taste right. It did not taste like mango what so ever. It had a strong taste of orange juice that had gone bad. When I brought the smoothies back, the employee said she could not replace the drink. I told her that this is my usual order, and that it did not taste right. She refused to make me a new one. I requested my money back, and she said no. I asked to have her manager or owners number. She called the owner on her cell phone, stepped back and said "she doesn't like the taste". I asked her to speak with the owner myself, and I explained that it is not that I don't like the taste- I am telling you it tastes rotten, spoiled, it does not taste like the smoothie that I typically order.
They both kept insisting and repeating "we don't refund or replace a drink just because you don't like the taste." At this point, I am so frustrated and upset. I am telling the owner and employee, this tastes spoiled! Something must be wrong, this doesn't taste like Mango at all. The owner was extremely rude, and her solution offered was "I will give you 10% off a new smoothie." I said this is ridiculous, why should I pay another 10$ for something that tastes rotten!? The owner said " well I watched her make your order on the camera and she made it with all of the proper ingredients ", and I replied "yes. She did. And I am telling you, something must be rotten. It tastes like bad orange juice, it doesn't taste like Mango. Somethings wrong." In the end, she made me a new smoothie that tasted spoiled just like the first one. I am so sad and disappointed by the way this was handled. The owner has absolutely no customer service skills, or pride in keeping customers. After 2 days in the hospital, I regret making the drive to get my regular smoothie. I will no longer be a customer.
Not to mention, I didn't even have my car door open before I was getting sick.
These people clearly have no problem selling spoiled rotten drinks. Nor do they care if it makes you sick!
I will definitely be calling whoever I need to, because I believe the juice dispenser has not been cleaned properly.

I would go daily to your sterling Lyon location however it’s closed down. I received a birthday reward to redeem for a free drink. I went to redeem it and the guy working said I think head office forgot about us because we can’t redeem that here. We don’t have the system for it. There was no manager around. I had to call him from the back because I could see him just playing on his phone. I was very disappointed. I don’t live in the area so I made a special 30 min trip because it has to to be redeemed within 3 days of the actual birthday date. I left highly disappointed. After taking my order, without even greeting, they proceeded to go back into the back to continue washing dishes for another 2-3 minutes before actually making my beverage.
