Manchu Wok — Restaurant in Winnipeg

I've visited the Garden City location a couple of times and it's been my go-to restaurant whenever I am in the area. The food is amazing (my top favorites are honey garlic chicken, shanghai noodles, and their signature fried rice). The food tastes closer to an authentic Asian/Chinese one. The staff are also friendly and accommodating, Rina, in particular, was very customer-friendly, she knows the food very well and could easily offer the best-sellers (and best combo). She was accommodating even to the tiniest request. Beyond the good food and customer service, the place is clean and the food is made/served fresh. You will 100 percent get value for your money. I'll definitely come back...

I buy here all the time but today my visit was not really pleasant. The portioning for orange chicken was way too small, when I told the employee about it she told me “this is what the head office told us to portion them” . She also told me that all the prices are increasing that’s why their portion now are not like before. I find it very unfair to cut back portions and increase the price of the item. Have been here numerous times over the past few years. Yesterday, I ordered my usual combination. The tastiest part of the meal was the egg roll! Not much meat and less of a portion of noodles. To top it off the girl [new] says "No Tip"? I will go elsewhere for a better and cheaper dining experience. Appreciated as well! Not able to get through on the phone as well.
