20 bucks for steam rice and a few veggies and chicken not worth the price ...with a Pepsi bottle taxes in so 15 dollars for meal the .. Not even good enough to compare to a meal I could could cook at home with store bought sauce ...soggy vegetables 5 pcs super battered chicken that would weigh in a 1/3 of a chicken breast ...sorry never again ...

2/7/25 comment from me .....so now I need to rewrite my comment on your system .......why not just take what I have said and work on it rather than wasting my time reiterating my experience.....I do not want any free things ....just for your stores to do better .....I may have even forgotten a lot a year later but for sure I have avoided your stores ...this is how customers are lost and in the new economy of having less to spend than ever you as a store cannot afford to be losing customers. I know in the business that I am in I definitely cannot but have due to spending habits changing , I really am not going to debate on why. The consumer of products are speaking with their wallets .....we all have hard lessons to learn...

Unfourtunately despite the addition of a vegan menu the staff here does not understand this. Several time I have ordered "vegan pad sew" and the girl working the cash will ask me "so with or without egg?" I Will repeat " It's VEGAN PAD SEW no egg and veggie sauce". And she will only punch in no egg I always notice and inform the boy who makes my food to swap for veggie sauce. Unfourtunately someone brought me pad sew from here and unfourtunately once again the staff did not understand that vegan means both no egg and veggie sauce and I got one made with the regular sauce they make their food with. I was very sick for a whole evening. I don't blame the staff for this this is on the owners or corporation and managers for not training the on what a vegan dish would entail. Better off going to the polo location they seem to have had...

Food is over priced for small portion. Pad Thai I got had no flavor. It's over priced by about $4.50. Mall rent must be high.

Waited 20 mins for my food. Young male came in off the street (obviously late) didn't wash his hands, trying to find an apron, adjust shirt, no hair net and looked like he just rolled out of bed. He started taking an order. Go to the back, gather yourself and wash your hands. Maybe Health Inspectors need to come by for a visit.
