Junior's Restaurant — Restaurant in Winnipeg

I remember about 10 years ago, I used to play regular shows at the Label art Gallery when it was still around. after the shows we would go to Juniors who had very nice staff and was an all around nice little downtown fast food place.

Fast forward to now, There are signs at the front of the store with "rules" for each customer to enter, in a badly scrawled sharpie note. NO WASHROOM WITHOUT PAYING, NO BAGS. I have also worked as a skip driver in the past, occasionally there will be some helpful notes from a restaurant on where to park when picking up food from certain restaurants. again. All caps, and basically a list of rules for the Skip drivers as well. DONT PARK OUT FRONT OR WE WILL TOW YOU!! HAVE YOUR ORDER NUMBER READY!!! IF YOU DONT BRING A BAG AND ORDER NUMBER IN: NO FOOD!!!!

I walk into the store to collect my order from what can only be described as the antithesis of customer service personified. then she implied the establishment cant stand skip drivers and was just generally totally rude for no reason whatsoever.

Train your staff on customer service, honestly, your business will improve. also do not open a restaurant if you have this many obsessive compulsive rules for your customers and delivery...

First customer of the day on Sunday at 11 AM, ordered chicken fingers, a cheeseburger, and a large fries with gravy and bit into black screw. Took actually 2 bites originally thought it was a hard fry, until I spit it out. Handed the whole styrofoam container back to them so they can see. Was told they would be looking into where it came from and thinks it might have been when they were cutting the potatoes. Ruined my appetite and cant say I'll be coming back here, just because I can't stop thinking about the feeling of crunching my teeth onto a black screw. I was super hungry and looking forward to eating. I did ask since I was super hungry to give me another fries with gravy, and I requested with the gravy on the side so I can search through the fries prior to chipping a tooth again on a black screw. Couldn't eat them as I just was disgusted. Disgusting and ruined my appetite!!!!!

I was a regular, sad really. I couldnt touch the fries they gave me to try and mend the situation because I was thinking about biting into that old dirty black screw.

Didnt even get to be reimbursed, left the tray on the table to show them that nothing was touched after those 2...

I went there today evening August 29th around 8.30 ish. I ordered the food and this east indian girl gave me so much attitude i can't believe. Her voice was downright condescending and rude, like she was tired of working or something. Buy thats no excuse to treat a customer badly. She talks as if she was doing a favour by giving us food which we paid for. The food was good but horrible customer service. Cant believe why someone would make her the cashier. This is not the first time, few months ago same thing happened with a different staff member. I gave it another chance thinking the service standards might have changed but sadly no. Seems like they aren't paid enough or just dont want to work. I guess they hire illegal immigrants for cheap labour. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. Go down to the McDonalds or Burger King,far...
