KFC — Restaurant in Winnipeg

I really don't know why there aren't more bad reviews. I've had terrible experiences with this location for so many years, it's like they just don't care and teach the next staff their laziness, which evidently gets passed on and they just do their hours to get paid. You may get lucky and get a new person or a person from another location and that's when your food is good. The 17+ photos posted are a perfect representation of the way this location operates. No way in heck a conglomerate should ALLOW their food to be sent out in such manner. I myself was subject to, as said many terrible experiences, the last one was pink chicken accompanied by food poisoning for myself and partner. We had complained and were met with arguments where I sent an email to headoffice and never returned. Now, years YEARS later, I took my daughter and unfortunately it had to be this location, to my surprise it was well cooked, not too greesy (we all know how greesy kfc has gotten, another laziness on draining the oil from the hike) it was good. So I of course have gone back.. I did a mobile order so had to go in, I literally stood there while they spoke to eachother in taglong making jokes.. i then had to say hello I'm here to pick up a mobile order. The teenager that brought himself to the counter looked at me spaced and said "huh" 😳 I replied mobile order for (said my name) he looked at me confused a manager was behind him talking and joking with another employee, he walked up to her and spoke taglong, she the came to me and said "huh, what's that" 😳🤣 besides being rude af, it's highly unprofessional for a manager to use terms like "huh" to a customer lol I replied "mobile order for.." she turns around grabs a bag that has been sitting there and hands it to me, I say a 7up is included. Omg the look I received was hilarious. I say hilarious, cause I find humor in it, but she looked at me like how dare you inturpt my conversation 😤. Worst KFC/Taco Bell location and I will not be back nor refer anyone to this location. Two of the 3 occupied tables were homeless people that were just hanging out, one of which was openly drinking a king can of beer in the middle of the restaurant. Counter was a mess of papers and other equipment around the registers and despite me being the only one at the counter it took 4 minutes for someone to acknowledge me and take my order. Server was not the friendliest and definitely wasn’t service with a smile. Once my order came up I asked for ketchup and hot sauce and was handed two packages of each then they walked away. Since I ordered 5 tacos I asked for 5 or 6 more hot sauce but the server only passed me 2 more and once again briskly turned around and walked away. After opening my food I found the tacos looked like they were tossed together by a 2 year old with all ingredients completely separate in their own little pile so I basically had to spread the ingredients out to make it a proper taco. The service and attentiveness of the staff get zero stars, the food prep and presentation gets zero stars, and I would give them negative stars if I could for letting someone hang out with open liquor in the middle of the restaurant when they weren’t even purchasing anything there. On special events such as my parents anniversary which was today.. my mother always wants KFC as she grew up with it and loves it. Well at least did. Multiple occasions when going to this location the establishment was ran so poorly. The lady asked us our order at the drive thru receiver when we got up to the window she tried handing us another persons order as well as after being corrected we had to remake our entire order at the window which backed your drive thru up. The food its self was cold, and the frys felt like they sat in a humidifier all day. The person before us experienced the exact same issue im not sure how their food was but they handed one bag back and then got given a different bag which I assume was their correct order that time as they left. Last note I though id leave I get it theirs no one at the counter inside ordering but at least 2 employees loved there phones instead of the job. Overall just a very poor experience at this location and if I didn't leave a review detailing the issues they wouldnt be resolved @KFC feel free to message me when actions have been done to make experiences here better id love to give you guys another try and...
