My fiancée and I went to IJL to look for engagement ring styles and stones, we had visited a few other jewellers in the city prior to this.

We thought to check out IJL, but we were out of our depth, as we were uneducated about ring styles, and the various considerations for diamond stones, etc. However, we were fortunate to meet Jeff (sales person) at IJL, who took a lot of time to educate us on the world of engagement and wedding rings. He did so whilst making us feel comfortable and without applying pressure to make any purchases; and considering the time he spent with us (2-3 hours), it was surprising and much appreciated.

Fortunately, we were able to find engagement and wedding rings that appealed to us, and were able to purchase them, the rings were ready around the time estimated date given on date of purchase.

Prior to visiting the shop, we were aware that their products were of high quality, but after visiting the shop, we also learned that the customer service is also of high quality. Jeff was welcoming, he put us at ease, and provided a hassle free, obligation free experience. It was a very positive experience, which resulted in me returning to do more business with Jeff and IJL; the experience was consistent at each visit.
