I bought KFC for my staff, after work in a bar few years ago, it came from the Notre Dame store...
That night me and my partner started throwing up [like we were on an episode of South-Park, it was insane!] every 15-20 minutes or so... Like Linda Blair... LOL!!! The next day, 5 of my staff couldn't make it in because of throwing up all night and day. 7 of us in total!
I had to work while throwing up every half hour or so! Luckily, two of my staff were vegan and they didn't eat any chicken and had to serve customers at the bar by themselves [normally we had 4-5 staff serve/on duty, we muddled through, I couldn't serve because of being sick so I bused, put bottles away etc. anything that did not involve touching stuff that would be consumed, for them]... We would have had to closed and would have lost a lot of $$$!
I spoke to the manager and he just laughed and said "Oh! That's just too bad!" and hung up on me??? The head office did NOT respond to my calls... But my good friend at the Health Board did! They got fined and in big trouble.. Ha-ha! :P
As a manager, I try to respond to all complaints seriously, I know that not everyone complains and it's good to know how you are doing, so people will come back. Also, some people you just can't please..
That being said... these people were down right rude and unprofessional, and if we had to close, I would have considered litigation AND going to the Media... I should have went anyway???
All you have to is say "I'm sorry" and "how can we make it right?"

Staff was pretty rude when I had asked how much the total was , wouldn’t talk to me and just handed me the receipt. Halfway home I decided to check the bag, and the fries supreme was dumped all over the crunch wraps we got. Out of 54$ of food, the only thing salvageable was my daughter’s popcorn chicken. Everything else was soggy and full of fries supreme. The crunch wraps weren’t even sealed and tossed in the bag, not even closed. This was the worst fast food experience I’ve had to date. Tried to call the restaurant, no one would answer. I could not turn around as I had to be home in time to pick up my kids from school. I’ve reached out on social media with no response and also tried submitting a complaint online but ofcourse that won’t work. Talk about a waste of...
Read moreFood was good. I tried the new spicy Taco box. 3 Taco's with 3 different spicy sauce. I enjoy all three and could actually taste the difference between them. A lot of places you go to the sauce all tastes the same. The box came with the 3 Taco's, a drink, cinnamon crisps and fries. Not sure why they include regular fries in a Taco box but so be it. Only issue I had was waiting to be served. (Long enough for my wife use to the restroom, which she said needed cleaning, and find a seat) Probably 10 minutes or a little longer. There was 3-4 ladies working and it appeared they were taking care of the drive thru while the line behind me grew (I was first inline at the counter) Once they took my order it was only 5 minutes or so and my order was ready.
