McDonald's — Restaurant in Winnipeg

This mcdonalds used to be my favorite one to go to, and i've been going there for the past 7 years. Everything was fine until one of the late night managers, barb, was transferred to a different location. Since then, going anytime after 10pm has been a headache more often than not. Orders are often wrong, sandwiches usually look like they were made by a child, service is unreasonably and consistently slow, staff comes off very rude at times, food has either been stale or overcooked, and there have been many instances at different times of the night where they say they are closed despite being "open 24 hours". While barb was working, everyone knew the only time you couldnt get served was the 15 minutes before the breakfast switch, service was always quick and friendly, the place was always clean, and the ice cream machine was only broken about 10% of the time. I decided this afternoon to take my son and my parents out for supper after being outside all day. When we walked in the place had maybe 3 people in it. Went to use the washroom after ordering and it was absolutely disgusting. Spit dripping down the walls. Urine all over the floor. It was absolutely un sanitary .Got our orders and picked the cleanest table in the restaurant. Had to ask to have my sons high chair cleaned and that took atleast 5 minutes to accomplish that task. Went and got my drinks and there was no napkins or ketchup. The whole area looked like a bomb went off. The food was decent, I've had worse. I will never return to that location ever again. Came here one late night on my way back to my hotel. As is the new trend with drive thrus, they ask you to wait at the waiting area outside of the drive thru so they can have more time to get your order done. This is simply because they want to serve more people. Waited behind another car who was also waiting. More than 5 minutes of waiting for a junior chicken and small fries, the girl inside, walks in the slowest pace ever, as if completing in a slow walking contest with the order of the car in front and mine. She literally walked so slow as if it she was in slow motion. I would rather not have ordered the mediocre food if I knew there would have been a wait this long. I honestly hope this makes me rethink ever ordering McDonald's again. Stop making us wait in a waiting area or stop advertising you have...
