I just spoke to a professional pool advisor named George. I’ve been buying my chemicals from Northwest over the years, but this summer has been a struggle. I called to ask for advice, and I was put through to George. He walked me through a bunch of q&a’s, to help me figure this out. He gave me straight forward advice on how to proceed and what to buy. Only place to go for pools and supplies!! Jon/Robert and the team great to deal with there! UPDATE: Years later and still dealing with them. Went in other day and had Jamie give me some great advice on chemicals and routine. Extremely knowledgeable in the products the sell. I did the “shopped the cheaper route” and it cost me in time, balance, green pool etc. Highly recommend following the advice of the team here. 8th season with our 27’ above ground, Hayward set up with heat pump and ZERO issues to date.
