I have once again been let down by Millers. Asked at counter for an INSIDE skirt steak, reiterated INSIDE and was told they are right there, help yourself. I looked down and in front of me are prepackaged air tight portions of meat labelled skirt steak. I grab one and show him and he says yet, that's it. Today. I open the package and there is this 5ft long, 8 inch wide and less than a quarter of an inch slice of beef that is nothing like what I had expected. There's $30 in the trash and now noone is open on the holiday to replace this. No carne asada for us tonight. Veggie tacos it is. I live within walking distance of this place and am typically willing to drive to almost any butcher. This is long winded only because I am mad at me for giving Millers one more chance after several...
Read moreI would give a minus star if I could! I was shocked by this. My son went to purchase a beef tenderloin for me today. I wanted 3 to 3 1/2 pound beef tenderloin skinned and tied into roast. The salesperson went to talk to the butcher and came back and said no they can't do 3 1/2 pounds. Im sorry but isn't this a butcher shop. Isn't that why you go to a butcher shop to get the cut of meat you want. My son had been there at Christmas and purchased this no problem. He then went all the way to Miller's on Pembina Highway and they did it immediately. I guess $75 isn't enough for a purchase at the St. Marys location. I know where I won't be...

It hits you like a bus when you open the door. Smells like a carcass is rotting under a cooler somewhere. Needs a week long shut down and deep clean. I've noticed it worsening over the past few years, my kids had refused to come in with me. But the last time I went in, it was an immediate pivot, and back out. I wish it weren't so, as it has been a local institution for many years. I truly hope one day I can return to support my...
