Unique Bunny is a one of those rare businesses that can be described as a precious treasure, which stands out in a sea of monotony.

BEYOND customer service - Fuelled by that rarely seen passion which separates businesses with longevity and truly loyal clientele from the businesses we pop in to a couple times a year at best. As soon as you walk in the doors of Unique Bunny in Osborne Village there are SINCERE warm smiles to greet you and this comforting enthusiasm to engage with you from their team. Shoppers, whether new or more seasoned (like myself) are put at ease this way. There is no pressure to buy, no feelings of wasting their time or being unworthy to shop here and if you ask a question... BOOM! A smiling face comes to assist you right away and give you all the information your heart desires haha. The team at Unique Bunny takes the time to learn about your needs and make educated referrals, they will place orders for you over the phone and even add you to a waiting list for the next shipment of your favourite products if they run out. Everything they do is so personable, genuine, thoughtful and well-intentioned - Which reflects directly on the character and value of the owner.

Fiona and Sean are both exceptional people and I have been shopping at Unique Bunny for years after I discovered them in Osborne Village one random day. They have such big hearts and a keen eye for outstanding merchandise, which a I quickly resonated with. Seeing young entrepreneurs do something they love is inspiring! I am just finally now getting around to leaving this review which seems so overdue!!

Their products are personally curated by Fiona herself and come from China, Japan and Korea.

Snacks & Treats - My weakness!! The many Japan exclusive Kit Kats (Mandarin Orange, Raspberry, Sake, Roasted Soy and Sakaru, Strawberry Cheesecake, Matcha, Banana, Ice Cream Sundae and MORE!!) which are always changing each year, gummies (Yuzu & Lychee are my picks), garlic & onion chips as well as their incredible wasabi chips... Are all diabolically delicious and need to be rationed accordingly!! 😁

Skin Care - Many creams, collagen masks, eye care and other products sought out from Korea and Japan for exceptional skin care.

Makeup - A TON of products and cosmetic lines for many types applications and functions!

Accessories - Jewelry, necklaces, bracelets and pendants. Purses, backpacks and MORE!

Plushes - A SPECTACULAR assortment of plushes (My small dog HAS EVERY plush unicorn they have sold and buries herself in them for naps...) from unicorns to commonly known manga characters and many Pokémon.

Ramune - With multiple brands of Japanese sodas offering many great flavours this is another personal favourite. Japanese sodas are lower in sugar than their western counterparts but are more carbonated and have this unique glass marble mechanic. Due to this additional carbonation children may find these products “spicy” as the sensation of the carbonation is similar to their hyper sensitive tastebuds. White Peach, Lychee & Mango are my picks!

The other brand ambassador of Unique Bunny is WANG CAI!! She is Fiona’s adorable little dog who is often at the boutique day in and day out, clocking her many difficult hours of being adorable and friendly! She has her own bed behind the desk and loves to greet patrons of the business (especially if they are shopping with their own dogs) and has an honourary position in management. She may not be able to help you with product selection but she will make up for it in cuteness haha.

Fiona, Sean, Wang Cai and the rest of the Unique Bunny team are a tremendous asset to Osborne Village, to Winnipeg and those of us who appreciate all the merchandising pleasures that Japan, China & Korea have to offer!!!! I wish you all nothing but success and...

Early this year, due to the recent happenings, we were in the search of protection face masks, and we happen to be on Pembina and like to shop at the 88 mart bakery for some delicious croquettes, we saw unique bunny has these pitta masks, which we usually only see in Japan, we were so happy that finally we have masks, we bought it whenever they replenish their stocks. Little did we know that they sell all the awesome Japanese snacks and beauty products, also Innis free from Korea which we only see in Japan( we’ve never been to Korea, hoping next time) We have shopped for lots of delicious Japanese goodies, noodles and snacks from then on! The instant noodles with tofu- we always buy lots of those in Japan, and the tirol Kinako😍We are so happy that Unique bunny sells these amazing variety of Snacks/stuff. They also have Gachapon, Kids will love it. Unique Bunny makes us feel we are back in Japan! The people there are nice and very courteous, they always smile and give us the very respectful head bow manner of Japanese, which we really adore of them, that respectful manner- we always do it too whenever we come home from a Japan trip, you will just adapt to their culture, we love Japan, we love Unique Bunny! Japan, we call it our 3rd home. Thanks Unique Bunny, check them out guys, they have good beauty products, just have not bought them yet but have tried them in Japan, their safe to use, and good for the skin, the shampoos and conditioner are soft for the hair too, also their hair dyes! They have the main Osborne branch and also the one on Pembina by 88 mart. Thanks...

i am replying on the behalf of my previous review (sikander gill) your public response is disappointing, for it is factually incorrect and misrepresents the situation.

Let me be clear: your staff did not confirm the product with me multiple times, and at no point was the product opened together in-store or used — that is a blatant lie. I did not try the product, nor did I open it myself. I brought it back unopened, and your team refused to take accountability, refused a refund or proper exchange, and I ultimately left the product behind without a refund.

I was treated rudely, dismissed, and accused of things that simply did not happen. Your response here only confirms what I experienced in person — a refusal to take responsibility, a distortion of facts, and a complete lack of respect for your customers.

The saddest part isn’t even about the money — it’s watching a business lie to save their image instead of owning up to a mistake. If integrity is this cheap at Unique Bunny, no customer should feel safe trusting them again....
