If only I can give 0 stars. I waited more than 20 minute before asking for a refund. And they hadn’t even made my pizza yet. It was 1 small personal pizza. It shouldn’t take more than 20 min to make. I watched atleast 8 people who ordered their food in person like me, get their food before me while I was still waiting and couldn’t wait anymore. When I asked for a refund the manager tried to gaslight me that’s it’s only been 16 min and was very rude about how I couldn’t tell time. Well looks like he’s the dumb one that skipped math class because I payed at 5:38 which is on reciept and asked for a refund at 5:59. Even if it was “only 16 minute” why did people who had much larger orders than me only waited 5-7 minutes and got their orders and why is mine not even in the oven. I watched so many come in and leave (those who ordered in person). they hadn’t even made my food yet and I had places to be. Smaller than advertised. 11" instead of 12". Pizza not cut well. Tastes great at least. Also, whole wheat crust is no longer available in regular crust thickness, only thin crust. Pizza was also over cooked enough to be bothered by it. Quite crispy crust. Edit: After I posted this review I called pizza hotline and told them about it. They explained that their website is out of date, that ordering XL pizza with whole wheat crust isn't actually something the stores can make. So the store that fulfilled the order simply made the next size down which is 11" vs XL is supposed to be 14". They also didn't correct the cost. We paid for XL thick crust pizza and were given small thin crust pizza. Pizza hotline did "make it right" by sending us replacement pizzas that were regular thick crust XL but obviously they weren't whole wheat which is what we want to eat. We will be taking our business to a pizza place that will make XL whole...

I have been ordering from Pizza Hotline for years usually satisfied until the last two times the bread sticks were not cooked completely this time the pizza lacked toppings and again not cooked thru nor were the cinnamon sticks. Also I tried your boneless wings a while back and we really enjoyed them so we ordered them again and they turned out to be chicken nuggets which I didn’t order. So I hope you can get me to stay I ordered on a slow night and got a shoddy order so when I ordered on Super Bowl Sunday I still got a bad order. So now what?
