Service was genuinely the worst. One of the workers there was extremely disrespectful and showed a ton of attitude for no reason. I asked if I could get a sandwich but switch out the meat, in which she responded yes to. Then 20 seconds later she said that it’s a completely different sandwich now and that I can’t get the same vegetables🤦🏽‍♀️ She kept on asking “Sorry??” Literally every second while rolling her eyes. When me and my dad were looking at the menu she was glaring at us, waiting for us to order? Like I’m sorry that your menu is 20 pages long😂 Not to mention that the restaurant wasn’t busy, we were the only ones in there. I ordered two 1 foot sub around 8.48 pm on Friday may 5, I was quite bewildered when I ate them, the bun used were quite stale and the chicken was chewy and she did not even roast the buns as stated ,I even mentioned that on the note,she seemed like girl from india.Please never buy subs from this store, my question to the manager ,if a customer bought something online then you put stale ingredients do we pay less online please look into the matter,please train your staff first how to create sub sandwiches, as in this inflationary period even a single dollar matters ,I won't recommend anyone to buy from this store,such a wastage of money,please save your money,anyone from food and quality inspection,please report...

As a frequent customer of Subway specifically this one in Mclavor Mall, I’ve always appreciated the quality and service—until recently. One of the newer employees, Yvy, has made my visits increasingly unpleasant. Her disrespectful attitude, unfriendly demeanor, and the way she looks at and treats customers is unlike anything I’ve experienced before. It’s genuinely disappointing to see someone like that representing this brand and working at this restaurant. Now, every time I walk in, I find myself hoping she won’t be the one taking my order.
