I ordered two pizzas and they got one order wrong. To be fair I only checked the top pizza as I was about to drive home just to make sure they gave me the right order. Of course, when I get home the bottom pizza was incorrectly made. I called and they said they would give me 20% off the next order or I could come back and they would remake it. I was not going to drive back when everyone was already hungry. That would have been 40 min there and back to get the right pizza. Ended up just keeping the pizza and eating something we did not want. Needless to say I will not return ever to use that 20% as the taste was just “meh” anyways. Pizza dough seemed undercooked but the toppings overcooked. The pepperoni slices were thin and you can barely taste it. Not the greatest quality cheese either as I found it oily. The sauce has a fresh and delicious flavour that brought everything together beautifully. The Oven Roasted Popcorn Chicken (1 LB) came in a nice portion and the thai chili sauce has a nice kick. Can't wait to try the Cookies N' Cream Cake (192 g) , but that'll have to wait a bit.. I may have inhaled the entire 5. 8" Personal Pepperoni...

I can say with confidence that genuine Italian pizza is outstanding. I understand that replicating that quality here in North America is challenging, and many local establishments manage quite well.
Unfortunately, what I experienced at Red Swan was far from what I expected. Instead of a pizza, I received something more akin to a “pretzel pie” — topped with a sweet sauce, sesame seeds, and pepperoni.
This dish does not deserve the label “pizza,” and I feel misled by its presentation on the menu.
I made the mistake of ordering without verifying what I was getting, and I won’t be returning…
Sorry guys, but that is not a pizza 100%
