Pad Thai pre-packed in a plastic container not very hot and almost jelly around the edges. Whole mess is packed in and wants to lift up as one big clump in the shape of the container. This should be their signature dish! Lol. I mean it’s noodles but was at least 90% noodles. Flavour was so so. Wanted something quick and convenient but still not worth it. Sorry Pad Thai but this was pretty bad!!! This is after Pad Thai responded. I do not believe those were fresh noodles. The order was ready at 5:08 according to an email. I picked them up at about 5:15 as planned and drove a short distance to the park to eat by about 5:30 and the noodles were barely warm, completely clumped together as I said and pressed into the shape of the container as if they’d been in there for a long time. I’ve had my share of Asian dishes, with delivery the food is usually in a container and for at least 20 minutes or more and they never look like this! Even white rice is less clumped together then this dish was. I wish I had take a photo. I actually believe I could have picked up the whole container full in one giant hockey puck shape...
Read morePlace was clean and looked nice, but the food was honestly just awful. We got the beef pad thai and vegetable pad thai. Vegetarian pad thai doesn't even come with tofu, you have to add it on for an extra $3. Tofu comes standard in pretty much every type of pad thai at any other restaurant I go to. For this reason prices seemed on the high side, but it would have been fine if the food was good. Unfortunately it was not. The sauce had no flavor other than just being overly sweet. There was no spice to it at all either. If a base level of spice is something that needs to be requested, then it's something that the customer should be asked.
This is one of the very rare times that I can say that I will definitely never go to a restaurant again after only one visit. I'd honestly rather get fast food than waste my time and...

Starters: Battered Calamari badly overcooked and greasy. Don't. Chicken Satay a bland choice. On the other, the #40 Thai Vegetable salad is a winner. Large enough to share easily. Get it.
Mains included a "Peanut Lovers Special." Think of it as Pad Thai with all the extra peanut flavor you crave. We also chose Panang Curry with prawns. Shrimp numbers were skimpy and the curry was a little thin but it gets full credit for tasty.
Incidentally, there's an extra charge for white rice. Irritating.
You'll have few disapointments here so go cheerfully if you live on the west side of the city. If you want the full 5 stars, consider a 15 minute further drive to Magic Thailand on Logan or Vanxai Thai a little further over...
