I'm totally upset with the A. & W. restaurant and the mobile app associated with the restaurant. Ordered for delivery off the mobile app. Order never delivered. I waited for around an hour and called delivery drivers (their cell phone number was long-distance) twice. Two different people answered. Drivers were totally clueless about the order. I asked to be called about the order's delivery status as calling the drivers was costing me long distance. No one called, and I don't know if the food was picked up at all. Drivers probably ate the food themselves. Called the store, and no one answered the phone. I live close to the Kirkfield store, so I walked over to get a refund. The manager refunded the order but didn't apologize for what happened. He had the nerve to ask if I wanted to order something. I only ordered on the mobile app to support MS Day. I want an apology and to be reimbursed for the long distance charges once I receive my statement for the charges. On today's date December 12th, 2023, your MAMA Burger aggravated my IBS severely was a very expensive burger, which wasn't very good at all. Read my review and post an apology. I have been cramping all afternoon and evening, too. I won't recommend your restaurant to anyone. Your burger isn't even good enough for my dog today or ever. Read moreI've used the drive thru here many times with no - minimal issues. Decided to order online a few minutes before arriving for dine in, and brought my little one to have lunch. Immediately noticed nearly every available table and the floors were filthy. Waited for someone placing an order at mobile order pickup to finish. Went up to see about my order, she realized I had a mobile order and got my son's drink while we sat and waited another 15 minutes for our meal. The garbages behind our table were full our entire visit, an employee did come to swap the dirty dish bin beside it at one point while simultaneously stating it was time for her break over her headset to the staff at the counter, garbages were left full. As I left about 45 minutes after arriving, still not one table had been cleaned nor had the several messes on the floor under tables. Definitely put a sour taste in my mouth as to how they run the cleanliness of the store, if it's that bad in front of house I can't even imagine back of house.

However this particular location had a rude female manager working between 12:30-2:30pm on Nov. 30. To make matters worse, the location seems very efficient & friendly, however after the lunch rush they begin cleaning the place. There were only 3 tables full in the place, & they reacted the same way as our party- continuously glancing up astonished that staff would be so obvious about pressuring patrons to leave. They were aggressively sweeping so close to everyone that the broom was brushing our feet between our chair legs. The most uncomfortable part though was the half hour of loud scraping noises as they dragged chairs to & fro- even directly behind the patrons.
