Starbucks — Restaurant in Winnipeg

Update: I came back with a 20 dollar gift card and bought a drink and burger for 12 dollars with taxes.

No. When I came back, it said I had 4 dollars. The cashier from beforehand had taken 4 dollars without my knowledge, and I foolishly didn't check the reciet or keep it.

I went a couple of weeks ago with my friend and had to wait outside. The architecture, or whatever you call it, was hard to find a place to sit around outside while waiting.

Upon entering the Starbucks, I was greeted with a clean, well decorated area despite its small size. It was clear that this place was for pickups or takeout, as there were no seats available. I, with my friend, got drinks for ourselves and my family who live nearby.

The drinks were good, and the service was exceptionally quick.

The worst ever experience I’ve ever had at a Starbucks so far. The service we received was awful. We felt so unwelcome while ordering and receiving our order and I will not be recommending this location to anyone or be returning to this one. I understand we kinda walked in during the last ten minutes before closing (which we genuinely did not know about), if they could have told us that they were closed and not taking orders anymore, I would have totally understood and left. But they took our orders for some reason, while waiting for the order it was just terrible atmosphere, they kept mentioning we were the last customers and I felt so uncomfortable just waiting for the order and they wanted us to leave that place as soon as we...

I’ve been to this location a few times because I live very close by but each time I’ve gone I’ve had a bad experience. My last visit I ordered a latte with oat milk as I am lactose sensitive but I was given an incorrect drink that had regular milk. When I then went inside to show them, I was barely acknowledged I had to wait 20 minutes for the new drink they did not correct it right away and no one apologized to me.

This was my worst experience but besides this visit, the drive through usually takes way longer than any other location and the staff are...
