Never fresh here. Just had a sub at lunch with day old bread very unpleasant. Last time I went it was 2hours after opening and they didn’t have any bread ready ok fine so I ask for wrap sorry no wraps today k flat bread it is. When she folded it over it cracked clearly not fresh so I asked for a fresh one and I received quite the look. One I shouldn’t even have to ask for fresh stuff as that’s the business model “Always fresh” like seriously. Next toppings k like what’s with frozen soggy blacken lettuce like why that shouldn’t even be a thing here. Then they have what looks like 2 day old bottom of the tub tomatoes and cucumbers clearly I don’t want that on my sandwich so I asked for fresh tomatoes and I was told no. So I asked sorry no you don’t have fresh tomatoes or no your not gonna grab a fresh container and give me proper fresh tomatoes and he says we exchange the container when it’s empty.
