Ended up at this location and service was very good. The lady at the front was very welcoming and extremely approachable.

Found it a bit odd that at this location, they keep stringent rules about no refills and needing a key for the bathroom.

They also only give you the exact amount of condiments and napkins you request, you’re not able to grab your own. The lady was very nice and asked how many ketchup packets we needed and only gave us 2 napkins each… was a little tight on napkins considering we were eating giant burgers and oily fries. We asked for 4 ketchup packets and it was enough so thankfully did not have to go ask for more.

I feel like this has accessibility concerns since many people like to avoid human interaction nowadays and may not be comfortable going up to the counter during busy meal times to ask for extra things.

I’ve never seen a “no refill” sign at a Dairy Queen before so this was very odd. If the owner working in the restaurant has bad quality, the staff is pretty nice. then they make food of bad quality will not surprise me. I have had the worst experience with this shop, they treat people differently. If you pay for them, they treat you friendly, if you are there for a delivery order, they treat you like you are dirty. l went to pick up a skip order, the employee who was working at the front was kind of racist and didn't allow me to sit on the table while I was waiting for the order to be ready, he mentioned that I couldn't sit because he then have to clean it again. he said it's only for customers even no customer stay there. They placed the disabled table just beside the small table where they assigned drivers to place their thermal bags, and they tried to let all drivers obey their rules, even though drivers were not paid by them. I don't normally write reviews.. usually only do if I receive a really good or bad experience. However.. this Dairy Queen deserves a positive review without a doubt. I live in the area and whenever I crave DQ I come to this location. And every time I have been here, I have received incredible customer service. The food is always hot and fresh, they don't "pre grill" a bunch of patties and use them later.. they make fresh ones on the spot. Aside from the food, the Manager along with all employees are incredibly kind, respectful but most importantly professional. As someone who at one point worked at Dairy Queen for many years, I can say with confidence that these guys know what they're doing and that they care about their customers. Every time I walk out of this location, I have a smile on my face and hot & ready food to take home to my Wife. I hope that other people recognize the hard work and effort the Manager and Employees contribute to this Dairy...
