Super Boy’s — Restaurant in Winnipeg

Circa 2021: One of Winnipeg's finest, and for good reason. Burger patties had a relatively thick but tasty crust on them. Toppings were all up to par. For me, the sesame bun was just alright, as I found it a bit too soft. However my partner claims it is her favourite bun in the city.

Possibly the best thing about this place is the value. Lower prices yet larger burgers than most of the mainstays. Our order was a double super boy, a single super boy, and an order of fries, and the bill was $21. I am all about double burgers, but this one was so tall, I'm going single next time. The patties are definitely thick. Support local and give them a try!

Update 2024: clearly I don't eat here as often as I'd like to (that would be weekly), but the buns have been updated to a Harvest Bakery white burger bun, fantastic! A perfect bun for such a monster burger. Prices and...

Rude and discriminatory! the elderly lady needs to know how to talk, I was genuinely confused about their pricing since the board is from the 60s can barely see the pricing properly from the angle they have the till set up at, instead of telling me the pricing and clearing my confusion she starts mocking my confusion with other customers standing there, I felt ridiculed and out right discriminated against! I have been going there for years and is this how these people take care of loyal customers??

I come all the way from the south just to enjoy their burger once in a while and not anymore! I will NEVER eat at this place again! If you value your self respect avoid these frustrated and discriminatory people!! I genuinely felt hurt by their attitude and it ruined...

My work partner had raved about Superboys for a month straight, so I decided to try it out on my lunch break. My work partner had put my expectations sky high, and somehow Superboys was able to exceed those expectations.

The double Superboy was shockingly enormous and absolutely delicious. The Pattie’s were freshly cooked with just the right amount of char to had a nice crunch. The lettuce was crisp and plentiful, and the chilli was flawless.

The fries and chilli were just as good in my opinion. The fries were crisp and golden brown, and the chilli was layered excellently so that no fry was left naked.

If you are looking for arguably the best burger in town, I can whole heartedly reccomend this establishment. I will certainly...
