So on Wednesday, we went to the drive-thru Burger King on Main Street. However, construction was going on in the restaurant, but we were okay with eating on the run. We were excited to come to BK for the Whopper Wednesday deal, only to find out that the Whopper Wednesday meal is now the Whopper Jr. This was disappointing. We aren't from the city, so it was a treat for us to come. We planned to go here especially since its Wednesday. We did end up getting the $5 meal deal even though it was a Whopper Junior. One of us added an extra patty, one had cheese, and the rest just ate it as is. These are very small burgers with small patties, lots of mayo, lots of lettuce, messy, and tomatoes that were falling out the side. We were disappointed, to say the least. My small fries or junior fries or whatever they're called with the meal deal, I swear it had 10 fries in my package. It was okay for me because I don't eat that many fries but the rest of the kids wanted more fries. Customer service was awesome. The lady that had served us, (I didn't get her name of course) but she was very nice. She did end up adding an extra Whopper on the bill because I was asking how much the Whopper was. So we had to take it off at the end, but she ended up making it right for us. I did like the fact that four of us could eat for 20 bucks plus tax however it did not fill us up. I know inflation is here and you don't get nearly what you used to for the price, but Whopper Wednesday should be deals on Whopper Burgers, the big ones, what you're known for. I gave a score a 4/5 because of the customer service. And if I'm really going to be honest, my burger tasted different like it had some other kind of spice on it. I don't know what that was. I don't think we'll be going back for a long time unless we're rich and can afford a big whopper meal for 4 of us at almost 15$ per...
Read moreThis location sold me expired milk that poured out chunky in the kids meal. Do the two the construction I could not go inside to tell them, so I tried to phone them and let them know the potential Hazard that if my milk was expired and chunky that the other ones could also be, the manager did not care she outright told me that unless I find time to drive back across town and show it to her she will not look at the other milks on the Shelf until somebody complains. I am not driving across town for a 50-cent carton of milk I was only calling to let them know they may be serving something expired and potentially hazardous especially to children. I do not want free milk I do not want free food I was trying to give them a warning before they poison somebody. The manager told me she is not concerned with this at all and it is not her problem, I've tried every day since to call and reach somebody and let them know with a receipt number and all of my information to give them, they simply said they do not care, again I have asked for no free food no gift card no baseball hat or any of that b* I was trying to give them a food handling safety kind of warning that they need to check this, a possible apology for not noticing would have been nice instead of having the rudest store manager I've ever talked to basically tell me off. Do not try to reply to this review asking me to contact you anything you have to say should be posted here so all of your customers know exactly how little you care , I understand people are always trying to get free food out of you but I do not want anything except when somebody tells you you're selling something expired you need to check it before you...
Read moreThey would not honor my son's free birthday meal because he did not have photo ID. What 6 yr old has photo ID? Really? Regardless, we stayed for supper anyways. I ordered the bacon and cheese whopper meal but when I received my burger my bun was cold so I asked for a new burger. They make a new one but this time they gave me a whopper cheese without the bacon, so again I bring it back. She opens the burger with her bare hands showing and insisting that there is bacon. My mistake, there was a thin piece of bacon but regardless she has now put her hands all over my burger so naturally I requested her to make me a new one and I apologized. I get a new burger made but again the bun is ice cold. I was so frustrated with complaining so much already and how guilty the manager was making me feel. I had 3 kids halfway through their meal already, I decided to just suck it up coz I was so hungry already and just wanted to get the hell out of here. My kids asked me if I was mad. I said I was frustrated with the customer service and that we will never return to this particular...
