TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! If only I could give a negative star - I would!
I was running late for work but I never got a breakfast so I was debating to either go to Mcdonalds or this branch of Tim's, since I like the french vanilla, I decided to go to Tim's. So I waited in line for my turn at the counter. Apparently a group of friends (4 people) behind me run to the next counter - cause it went open. I asked the crew why did she not called the next in line and had served the people behind me instead (given I was rushing and late for work, yet I waited). Because I got upset, I told the crew I will complaint. Apparently the group interrupted telling me it's not the staff's fault, they said the staff called me but I did not look, so they went ahead!" I said I was just waiting here looking at the counter, I would have known if she called me - I am in front!" Then the group of friends called the manager, I can't remember whether it was "STEVEN or Steve" that was written on his name tag, and Steven told me "go out. Go!"
I was so upset, and waited in line and was treated with "zero" customer service on this branch after choosing to patronize their brand.

I am writing to formally bring to your attention some very concerning behavior I have observed at your Winnipeg Westwood location. The managers at this restaurant consistently show a lack of respect toward their employees. They frequently raise their voices and yell at front-line workers, creating a hostile and unpleasant work environment. I've observed personally cause I am your daily customer.
Your staff members work hard to serve customers, and they should be treated with professionalism and respect at all times. Yelling at employees is not only unacceptable but also damaging to both employee morale and the reputation of Tim Hortons as a company.
I strongly urge you to monitor and review the behavior of the managers at this location. If such practices continue, I will be left with no choice but to gather evidence and pursue legal action against those responsible for workplace mistreatment.

Read morePoor service by the staff. I would give 0 out of 5 on a rating scale. Zero standard for customer service and staff donot know how to talk to a customer. I confirmed about the product and ordered that and later on i opened the bag they served me wrong food. When i came back to exchange instead of accepting there mistake they said you ordered wrong. I said i confirmed and then i ordered my food and other employee who didnot even knew about what conversation we had she jumped into the conversation and started saying you are wrong you have to pay etc. I said i paid for the food you served me wrong but thats your fault and they said you have to pay for the food i you want to exchange. I paid for the wrong food and then i returned it back because i dont eat that food which they served instead of exchanging it they say you can return but you pay for the right food.
