Subway — Restaurant in Winnipeg

I have stopped at this location multiple mornings for the past few months and each time my experience with the server has not been good. Very rude. Does not thank you after the transaction. Getting any amount of veggies on the sub is like pulling teeth. Brown lettuce used from the day before while a full fresh container is a reach away. On one occasion was served day old bread that was dry and stale and had to throw the sandwich out. Last time I was there I asked for a bag because I use a cane and didn’t want the sandwich to unfold and drop on the ground. She did not ask me if I needed a bag in the first place. She threw it on the counter instead of bagging the sandwich for me so I had to set my cane down and lean on the counter to bag it myself. I will never go to this subway location ever again. Servers who hate their jobs or hate customers should not work in this industry. I always tip and she did get a minimum tip but they have now lost...

I want to give a huge shoutout to Tajinder who was working at Subway last night around 9 PM. I had placed an order online, but once I arrived I realized there were a couple of changes I wanted to make. Tajinder was more than happy to help and handled everything with such kindness and patience. She was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and truly made me feel cared for, something that’s rare to come across, especially in the fast food industry.

Honestly, Tajinder might be the nicest and most genuine customer service person I’ve ever met at any fast food restaurant. Her positive attitude turned what could have been a small inconvenience into a really wonderful experience. Subway is lucky to have someone like her on their team, and I hope she gets the recognition...

So I was at location just finished eating we ordered two foot longs one was vegetarian and other chicken teriyaki I asked the girl (YASHIKA) to change gloves if she touches meat she did it after she took care and changed gloves herself if required Service was fast, the subs were wrapped very well even if they had a lot in them And she is handling everything by herself even their was a line but she handled...
